Biden’s Successful Border Policy

During an August 31st, 2023 presser, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre repeatedly insisted that Biden’s border agenda is working, while making sure that communities are safe and that the president has done more to secure the border than anybody else. Yet, the numbers indicate that Biden has done more to open the border, with the illegal migration rate set to hit a new record! Just got to love the ridiculous attempt at spin doctoring what can be seen by all. The administration is continuing to insult the intelligence of the American people by lying through their teeth! Just a continuation of boldfaced rhetoric and lies. And the “border czar,” Kamala Harris is nowhere to be found!

In 1905, my 15 year old grandfather and his eight year old sister, my great aunt, arrived in the United States via Ellis Island, from Vilnius, Lithuania, without knowing a word of English. As opposed to coming with open hands, as entitlements were a thing of the future, my grandpa worked five jobs, learned English and enrolled his sister, into the NYC public school system. In a short time, my family assimilated and became legal American citizens, while working in the garment industry. Today, the non-government organizations and immigration agencies are attempting to compare the paths of people who legally arrived through legal ports of entry, Ellis Island, and began the path to citizenship, to illegal aliens enter America illegally and receive a plethora of entitlements.

Since the true beginning of the illegal alien surge across the southern border, and let’s not forget the northern border, which officially started on Inauguration Day, 2021, when Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States. This has turned out to be one of the worst days in American History as he has secured the position as the worst president in history hands down. SlowJoe essentially opened the spigot allowing a tidal wave of illegals from over 160 countries to cross the border without any consequences. The initial destination of the Biden generated border crisis was Eagle Pass, Texas, which has been overrun, or overtaken, by illegal aliens. The Texas Department of Public Safety and CBP have reported that over 10,000 illegals have been taken into custody in and around Eagle Pass, Texas, which is approximately one third of the town’s population.

As Texas towns, villages and cities were invaded, Governor Gregg Abbott(R) had to alleviate the growing pressure on his state by bussing them to Democratic declared sanctuary cities. Abbott was called a racist and a xenophobe for moving them out of Texas. Yet as the thousands of illegals have taken up “residence” in Democratic run sanctuary cities, they have strained budgetary limits to the maximum. It is reported that over 60% receive entitlements, which includes free health care, free education, free food, free housing, free money and free cell phones. And it has gotten so ridiculous, that even New York City Mayor Eric Adams, from taxpayers’ money, is paying for airline tickets to domestic destinations unknown. And no one is calling Adams a racist or xenophobe.

Additionally, Adams stated that he’s baffled he can’t get a meeting with the White House to talk about the Big Apple’s burgeoning migrant crisis, even as thousands of asylum seekers arrive in the city every week. The old saying: “Be careful what you wish for, you just may get it!” And the Democratic run sanctuary cities got exactly what they deserve!

Furthermore, and somewhat surprisingly, radical progressive Democratic Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson warned the entire country “is at stake” if Biden doesn’t spend resources addressing the migrant crisis that is overwhelming his city. Johnson bragged about his administration’s efforts providing housing, healthcare and schooling for migrant families. However, he admitted the city’s resources were being stretched and needed the federal government’s help. During an appearance on CNN, Johnson, who is somehow worse than Lori Lightfoot, continued complaining about Texas sending illegals to his sanctuary city. Which DementiaJoe’s administration has ignored!

Interestingly, Biden Airlines, which secretly began at the beginning of his failing tenure, continues to relocate illegal aliens to major cities under cover of the night. To that end, numerous illegal aliens have stated that they have come to the United States solely for economic reasons and there was no danger in their home countries.

Texas officials have reported that over 4,000 undocumented immigrants were arrested in the Del Rio sector during one 24 hour cycle. A majority of those apprehended will state that they are seeking “asylum” for sneaking into the country. In order to seek asylum, they must have a “credible fear” of harm in their home country.

As reported by The New York Post, approximately a quarter million illegal aliens attempted to cross America’s overwhelmed Southern border in November, 2023 according to Custom and Border Protection. This represents the highest November number and the third-highest monthly total on record. The November totals have only been eclipsed twice before: in September, 2023 when 269,735 illegals were encountered and in December 2022 when 252,315 migrants were encountered. The Biden administration has attempted to keep a lid on the numbers being released, in addition to attempt to place blame for this administration’s failure to address the incursion on the Trump administration. Furthermore, the December 2023 numbers, which will be released in January, 2024, are anticipated to be even higher. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas won’t have any major holidays as a distraction to help cover the hideous situation that he helped create, while constantly lying through his teeth to the Congress.

Therefore anyone with half a brain and a modicum of common sense knows that the border crisis is by design to “fundamentally change;” or destroy the national sovereignty of the country. And as a reminder as to who coined the term “fundamentally change,” it was none other than Biden’s puppet master…Obama.

Even before Inauguration Day, DementiaJoe proposed an ambitious immigration agenda in the early days of the Biden-Harris administration, committing both to reverse the successful policies implemented by the Trump administration and to open the US southern border more broadly. During his first months in office, Biden reiterated about his immigration and refugee protection goals and reversed many of Trump’s policies in a series of executive orders.

These actions resulted in an overwhelming invasion of illegal aliens, eventually from 160 countries. Biden has violated his oath of office by refusing to address American sovereignty too the tune of 12,000+ illegal aliens illegally crossing the border each day, resulting in hundreds of thousands of gotaways. Including the money influencing shenanigans orchestrated by son Hunter, Joe has a plethora of self inflicted wounds to be concerned with as he could very well face impeachment proceedings after the investigation is complete for influence peddling, money laundering and tax evasion. Like father, like son!

On his 1st day in office, Biden issued dozens of executive orders, seven of which torpedoed the border protections President Donald John Trump had enacted. And he kept going. Why do we pretend the border disaster DementiaJoe created is anything other than completely intentional?

Additionally, Biden’s dismissive policies towards border security countered Trump’s directives issued to DHS to take steps to obtain operational control of the US-Mexico border by planning, designing and constructing a wall along the length of the border..some 458 miles was built and then construction was stopped by the Biden administration. The Trump immigration policies directed DHS to allocate unused funding for the purpose of constructing a wall and to undertake a comprehensive study on the security of the southern border. DHS was also directed to hire an additional 5,000 Border Patrol agents “as soon as practicable.” And Mayorkas has insisted that we have full operational control of the border. The DHS secretary is one bold faced liar.

Due to Biden’s disastrous, failed border policy, the Customs and Border Protection enforcement officers are absolutely overwhelmed at approximately a 200 to 1 ratio. Numerous officers have been pulled off patrol in order to process the illegal aliens, with Obama’s “Catch and Release” program kicking in. As they are processed, many are receiving court dates beginning in 2031. Yes, you read that right…seven years from now. So, what are the obvious questions begging to be asked? Just do the “5 W’s,” Who, What, When, Where, Why and for good measure…How!

Fox News’ Bill Melugin reported that a Columbian woman who illegally crossed into El Paso from Mexico, was captured and released into the U.S. She was given a 2031 ICE check-in date in New York City. Moreover, Melugin reported her immigration attorney stated that it’s one of the most shocking things he had seen in his nearly 30 years of immigration law.

Senator Ted Cruz(R-TX) called the situation ridiculous. “This is ludicrous. ICE has given an illegal alien an appearance date in 2031. Make no mistake, this is BY DESIGN. President Biden’s open border policy is designed to break America’s immigration system and eventually force amnesty on the American people. There’s no other reason that explains his decision to end the massively successful Remain in Mexico program.”

And speaking of New York City, The New York Post had reported that a record number of migrants are taking their first step to becoming residents of New York City by signing up for IDNYC cards. The number of new IDNYC cards issued soared nearly 50% from last year to 2023: with 82,085 given out between Jan. 1 and Dec. 15, 2022, and 112,238 in the same period this year — coinciding with the wave of asylum-seekers entering the city. All thanks to Warren Wilhelm, Jr., AKA former Mayor Bill DeBlasio…arguably the worst mayor in NYC history and an avowed progressive, radical democratic socialist.

The IDNYC cards can be used as personal identification and verification to obtain local services ranging from health care and school enrollment for kids to use of the public library and for employment and some financial transactions. It’s an amazing that the same efforts are not focused on the homeless and the homeless veterans.

The illegal alien crisis at the southern border has put an increasing strain not only on border officials but also on the immigration courts, as both illegal migrant encounter numbers and court backlogs hit enormous highs.

As reported by FOX News, the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University published data this week indicated how the number of cases before the immigration courts has now exceeded three million cases. That number has spiked from around 530,000 in December 2016 at the end of the Obama administration. At the end of the Trump administration, it stood at around 1.3 million. That was before the massive migrant crisis that hit the southern border in 2021. By the end of 2021, the backlog stood at 1.6 million and 2 million by the end of 2022. As of November of this year, the backlog is now at 3.075 million. And who was president in 2021? Not too much of a hard guess here…with 35,000+ over the holiday weekend!

The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) analyzed U.S. Census Bureau data from the 2022 Survey of Income and Program Participation to pinpoint the data. The study indicated that 48% of “illegal-headed households” used food welfare programs; 39% relied on Medicaid; 18% relied on cash welfare; and 4% relied on housing programs.

Finally, Biden spoke with Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador regarding what, or what not, the southern neighbor is doing to stem the tide of illegals through his country. Not surprisingly, nothing worth writing home was accomplished as border crossings have blown up all-time records of illegals camping out in border states waiting to be processed. Nothing was done to change what Mexico was doing to stop the caravans walking, or taking busses or riding the rails. Mass numbers with mass release is Obama’s desired “fundamental change” that he has pushed, especially with Obama 3.0 with DementiaJoe.

You can bet the farm, or in this case, national security and sovereignty that nothing will get done, unless something is offered to Mexico. Therefore, starting in March, Texas has authorized law enforcement to arrest illegal aliens who enter the state illegally and gave power to local judges the authority to order them out of the country.

“Our border is out of control like no border in history, from any country, has ever been,” Trump wrote. “We are being extorted by Mexico and other countries, when it should be the other way around. We truly are a nation in decline, a failing nation, with leadership that is not respected and doesn’t have a clue….and just 3 years ago, we had the strongest and safest border in our history, by far.” Why you may not care for the man personally, his policies worked, which is a complete opposite of what Biden has or has not done.

And lastly, there’s a confirmed report that the latest wave of illegal aliens traveling through Mexico has reached over 15,000. Where are they headed? Not to much of a guess is needed. This has devolved into the norm, which was a rare occurrence under Trump. For what it’s worth, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the utterly worthless Mayorkas were scheduled to meet with the aforementioned Obrador to discuss the migration crisis. Like the meeting with Biden, these two accomplished nothing. The results were that Obrador demanded, and received, that the ports of entry will reopen and discussed amnesty for illegal aliens and DACA people. This will serve nothing more than to serve increase the number of illegal aliens entering the country illegally!
