Lawfare…The Progressive Way!

One of the first things attorneys learn, or should learn, is never use a questionable witness in court, especially a convicted liar. There is an immediate question of reliability, credibility and character. To that end, former Trump attorney, “fixer,” and convicted liar, Michael Cohen, perjured himself to The Congress, to a Federal Judge, to Federal investigators and served Federal time. Cohen, along with the Democratic and Biden controlled New York County District Attorney’s Office, are continuing to prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that they might be the most dysfunctional barristers practicing law, more than the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office who dropped the ball in the OJ Simpson case. According to the case that NY County DA Alvin Bragg is presenting regarding former President Donald John Trump’s payments to Cohen, which were for repayment to former adult film actress, and money grabbing, Stormy Daniels. If that’s the case, it can’t be counted as legal fees. Unfortunately for them, the puzzle pieces don’t connect.

Stormy Daniels signed a very legal NDA, which was for $130,000. The total outlay to Michael Cohen was $420,000 for taxes, bonus, and repayment. Because of this, it automatically became legal fees. And let’s not forget that Bubba and Hillary Clinton’s $850,000 payment to Paula Jones, for her silence, was for Bubba’s sexually predatory behavior. And Jones talked years later.

As reported by Dan Bongino: “Bill Maher of all people caught Stormy Daniels in a lie on the stand after realizing what she said contradicted what she told Maher during an interview on his show back in 2018. Describing Daniels to his audience on the most recent episode of his HBO show “Real Time” as a “bad witness,” he pointed out that Daniels said to him in 2018 that “It’s not a Me Too case. I wasn’t assaulted. I wasn’t attacked, or raped, or coerced or blackmailed. They tried to shove me in the Me Too box to further their own agenda. And first of all, I didn’t want to be part of that because it’s not the truth and I’m not a victim in that regard.” And six years later, she’s looking for a paycheck that would be significantly more than the $130,000 she received. Maybe Daniels is jealous of Paula Jones! You can put all the makeup you want on the face of a pig, and you still have a pig! But the four legged variety serves to play a more important role in society!

What the bootlicking dregs of the corporate mainstream media are remiss in reporting is the whatever Private Citizen Donald John Trump did in his private life, right or wrong, was not on government time. On the other hand, Bubba Clinton did his misdeeds on government time, Additionally, research the name Tara Reade, who was on Senator Biden’s staff in the early 1990’s, who accused Biden of inappropriate conduct.

Cohen performed his services as an attorney, sent his bill to Trump, and was compensated for services rendered. And now Cohen makes a living criticizing the former president on social media and writing books about his hate for his former client. While on the stand, Cohen also admitted he made more than $3 million for two books he wrote about Trump and was, at points during his testimony, attempting to skirt the questions and conversations he had over the years. When asked if he wanted to see Trump in jail, Cohen responded, “Sure.” However, Cohen did admit that there were ten good years of working as Trump’s attorney.

Isn’t it an odd coincidence that Acting Judge Juan Merchan is presiding over three Trump-related cases in Manhattan that are supposed to be randomly assigned? Out of all the judges in New York County, by miracle of miracles, the same judge was getting assigned. Just ain’t too Kosher here! And while Lyin’Joe might be enjoying the 24/7 coverage of former President Donald John Trump stuck in a Manhattan courtroom, he is not getting the expected response from the voting public, as reflected by poll numbers from various companies. Trump’s numbers continue to grow and Biden’s are completely underwater.

Since the trial began, Judge Merchan, who imposed a gag order, has twice held Trump in contempt for violating it and has fined Trump $10,000. The judge has threatened to incarcerate Trump for future violations. This is another example of the progressive, socialist, left’s “Lawfare” on Biden’s opponent and an infringement of the former president’s First Amendment rights.

On YouTube there is a political commentary “show” titled “Explain America” hosted by Carmine Sabia, who gets to the point each and every time. In regard to the best witness Bragg has presented, Michael Cohen, Sabia reported that Representative Dan Goldman (D-NY) during an interview on MSNBC, admitted that he’s been coaching Cohen for his testimony. It’s common knowledge that politicians receive assistance in their fundraising from assorted organizations and PAC’s. Goldman is connected to a Democratic operative and a political consultant for his campaign. Furthermore, Loren Merchan works for the same consultant firm that has managed fundraising for VP Kamala Harris. And she is the daughter of Judge Merchan…yes the same judge presiding over the Trump “hush money” case. So Goldman is paying the daughter of the judge while he’s coaching Micheal Cohen, the main witness for Bragg. So, you have the judge’s daughter raising money for the coach. Is this collusion? You bet and with a direct connection to the White House! And Goldman got called out in The Congress by Representative Harriet Hageman (R-WY) for “being quite closely aligned to a convicted liar and paying Judge Merchan’s daughter over $150,000 for her services. What we have is a conflict of interest from novice representative from New York.” And the Democrats were trying to get the comments stricken from the Congressional Record, which it was not! Talk about collusion. Goldman also supported Biden’s withholding of munitions to Israel. Another Jewish anti-Semite.

The New York Post reported that an ethics complaint about donations to Biden and other Democrats made by Judge Merchan, who is overseeing former President Donald John Trump’s Manhattan hush money trial has been dismissed, a New York state courts spokesman confirmed. Merchan was cleared by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct last July, but the panel warned that the grievance could be an issue in the event the judge faces a future misconduct allegation. A fair and impartial judge? Nope!

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson(R-LA) wrote on X: “I’m disgusted by what’s happening in the sham trial against President Trump. The American people can see it’s politically motivated. Their star witness, Michael Cohen, is a known liar who is clearly on a mission for personal revenge.”

Cohen told his lawyers back in 2018 that he had concocted, by himself, the hush-money scheme that Trump is charged with and had no incriminating evidence against the former president. And yet Cohen had now testified that he stole $30,000 from the Trump Organization and he has confirmed that he told multiple people Trump knew nothing about the Daniel payments when the story leaked. Finally a crime that could be addressed!

That Bragg put Cohen, and Daniels, on the stand, is screaming that the case against Trump is political “lawfare.” As this bogus case was taking shape, the Biden driven DOJ and the FEC did not take any action against Trump. So, to that end, the Biden DOJ assigned an ex-DOJ official to lead the white collar investigations against Trump.

As Bragg goes after Trump, the Manhattan DA’s office is turning felonies into misdemeanors, issuing desk appearance tickets or not charging at all, no matter the crime committed in NYC. He has horse blinders when it comes to the case against Trump, but has done little to nothing regarding violent crime, assaults and robberies in Manhattan. Just look at the number of people getting assaulted for just walking on the street for no reason. Or people getting stabbed or shot. Same thing with armed robbery. In most cases the perps are walking the street before the NYPD paperwork is done.

The ex-DOJ attorney, Matthew Colangelo, had actively pursued two highly notable cases during Trump’s presidency: one against one of the former president’s actions in office and another involving his now-shuttered charity. Colangelo was part of the DOJ team that stopped the Trump administration from adding a citizenship question to the decennial census, which would have been one more level of election security. Additionally, he was among the New York AG Letitia James’ regulators who investigated the Trump Foundation, the ex-president’s former charity. And came up empty. Colangelo went on a “downward trajectory:” the Federal government, New York State Attorney General’s office and finally, the Manhattan DA’s office. And who sent him to each office?

Robert Costello, another of Bragg’s main witnesses, and Cohen’s ex-lawyer, portrayed the former Trump fixer as a “habitual liar and a totally unreliable witness, whose text communications with Cohen previously appeared as evidence in Cohen’s own perjury trial. Moreover, he told Fox News that his former associate’s testimony should be discredited by the jury which should weigh the fate of former President Donald John Trump in his hush money trial. Costello recounted how Cohen previously “swore to God” that he had no evidence implicating Trump in unlawfully influencing the 2016 election and that he would do “whatever it takes” to stay out of prison. Costello is calling Cohen a liar! And Cohen is Bragg’s main witness!

On the other hand, as reported by Newsmax, Cohen’s one-time lawyer accused him of committing perjury during his testimony during former President Donald John Trump’s New York trial. Costello is a longtime defense attorney who testified before a House Weaponization Subcommittee hearing that Cohen was lying when he took the stand and accused Costello of strong-arming him to stay quiet about Trump in 2018.

Since the Trump case is being adjudicated in the overwhelmingly Democratic New York City, it was not to much of a reach when people expected that former President Donald John Trump would not receive a fair trial in the liberal hotbed of Manhattan. However, the antics of Judge Merchan have exceed what some of his critics would have predicted. Merchan imposed a restrictive gag order on the former president, thus severely limiting Trump’s ability to discuss the case as he attempts to campaign for a second term in the White House. Trump’s defense team pushed back against the ruling, but an appeals court struck down the attorneys’ motion this week. A violation of Trump’s First Amendment rights.

The Trump cases being prosecuted by Biden shill Jack Smith and Fulton County, Georgia DA Fani Willis have collapsed under their own weight for the lack of evidence and integrity. Who had their finger in the cookie jar? The Biden administration.

Interestingly, as the Trump case is subjectively presented by the Democratic leaning buffoons of the corporate mainstream media, it seems that the court of public opinion doesn’t really care about Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen. Trump has opened his biggest lead in the presidential campaign. Taking a look at the polls of the six battleground states, along with overwhelming evidence as demonstrated by the rather overwhelming turnout of 100,000 people at his New Jersey rally, along with dispirited concessions by Biden’s blind to the truth supporters, are dictating that we may have reached a point of no return in the battle for the White House. Lyin’Joe’s campaign is sinking faster than the Titanic. And the Democrats are going over the edge with their desperation to keep Biden as president. It would not be surprising to see another pandemic unleashed on the country shortly before election day…another version of election interference.

The first attempt to stop Trump occurred during the 2016 presidential campaign when then candidate, and political neophyte, Donald John Trump stomped, and I mean stomped, the politically experienced, former FLOTUS, former US Senator from NYS and Secretary of State, the greedy, scandal ridden, corrupt and treasonous Hillary Clinton. The final electoral college count showed: Trump 306 Clinton 232. From the pure historical context, Clinton not only cheated during the debates by receiving the questions ahead of time from Donna Brazile, who was the acting DNC chair and longtime CNN political commentator, it was just a bit rigged! Furthermore, Clinton funded the fraudulent “Trump-Russian” collusion that included former FBI Director James Comey; former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; former DOJ Associate Deputy Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie Ohr, who was gainfully employed by FusionGPS, an open source political opposition strategic firm who worked with the FBI; former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper; former Director of the CIA, and avowed Communist, John Brennan and finally former Special FBI Agent Peter Strozk and former FBI attorney Lisa Page, who were not only having an affair, but communicated their hate for Trump and promised to stop him any lengths to stopAnd let’s not forget the author of the fraudulent salacious dossier written by former MI-6 agent Christopher Steele. The poll numbers were so far off with the final results…and the invent of Trump Derangement Syndrome. And who was president? And who was vice president? They knew what was going on.

Then we paid for the Mueller investigation which came up empty despite being filled with radical, socialist, liberal Democratic attorneys, some of them having donated big bucks to Obama. This investigation lasted two years, then crashed and burned when Robert Mueller appeared clueless before The Congress, as he presented his findings. Then there were two Pelosi-Schiff driven impeachments, which as came up short just as well. There’s no point in rehashing history unnecessarily. They got back the White House by allegedly cheating during the 2020 elections. And if the Democrats did in fact cheat, nothing can be done at this point.

With the 2024 presidential elections in the headlights, there is finally going to be at least two televised debates, one on June 27, CNN, and the other on September 10, ABC. Who is going to mediate the debates, considering both embellish their views and they despise one another, yet strong enough to act as a referee? Don’t be surprised that both networks will attempt to doctor the ball in Biden’s favor. When Lyin’Joe challenged former President Donald John Trump, he made the obscene statement that he won both 2020 debates as he kept repeatedly yelling “Shut up, man!” I do wonder if the Democratic National Committee will load Biden up with the same magic elixir they gave him for the 2024 State of the Union. But the aforementioned networks lean heavily towards the Democratic Party and their socialist agenda. Even when Fox News televised one of the 2020 debates, former anchor Chris Wallace displayed his true colors and favored Biden in a very obvious manner. He ended up on CNN and is now off the air. And as I had previously stated, Donna Brazile cheated in favor of Hillary Clinton in 2016 and still lost.

CNN said the first debate will be held in its Atlanta studio and no audience will be present. Because of the timing, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the third-party candidate, wouldn’t be on enough state ballots to qualify to participate. An interesting development! And Biden has been given control of the ground rules.

Therefore, if you were keeping a scorecard of the radical, socialist, progressive Democratic left attempts to screw over former President Donald John Trump, save plenty of room. And just by looking at the poll numbers, Trump is leading in all but one of the six top battleground states. The intent of the contrived cases against Trump is to keep him off the campaign trail and attempt to soil his reputation and personality, which in reality is on shaky ground. But people are overlooking this personality deficiency, and see the job that he did while in office. The planet was devoid of conflicts. Inflation hit a record low at 1.4%, as opposed to Biden’s claim that the rate was 9.3% when he was elected…one big lie! Furthermore, petrol was $1.93 per gallon and was over $5.00 per gallon under Biden thanks to his adherence to the radical climate change agenda. The price of food and services continue to spike. And Lyin’Joe maintains that the economy is in good health, despite being completely out of touch. There are plenty of Americans living paycheck to paycheck!

This is scaring the Democratic Party to death as they attempt to stop former President Donald John Trump from repeating Grover Cleveland’s first term(1885-1889) and being re-elected (1893-1897) after skipping one term. Trump Derangement Syndrome in full bloom! In court. On television. In the print media. In The Congress. Using any weapon, illegal and legal, at their disposal. And one strategy that can affect an opponent’s ability to campaign is to drain their pockets!

As that lying piece of trash Michael Cohen faces more cross examination, he has blown up Bragg’s case to the point where former President Donald John Trump’s attorneys are no longer looking for a hung jury, but an acquittal. And this will open the door for Trump to go after Biden even more so. And as far as Merchan, his daughter’s consulting firm is also receiving payments from Representative Adam “I got collusion evidence”Schiff (D-CA) for his run for the US Senate. And Bragg’s career could very well come crashing down by adding the failed Trump case to his lack of prosecuting real crimes.

Lawfare is defined as the use of legal systems and institutions to damage or delegitimize an opponent, or to deter an individual’s usage of their legal rights. The term may refer to the use of legal systems and principles against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them, wasting their time and money, or winning a public relations victory. Or Biden’s banana republic!

No Trump presidential candidate…non of this time wasting Lawfare against former President Donald John Trump and the defense had rested! Will the results be fair? That remains to be seen!
