Let’s understand something right from the start…California and New York are essentially one party…Democrats…states. From the governors…the state legislatures…to gerrymandering manipulated by the dominating parties, the Democratic Party has moved so far to the left that they are beginning to identify themselves as socialists, which leads to communism. And if one knows their geography, it’s the coastal states that are dominated by the Democratic Party. What is interesting is that the deep blue state of California has more Republicans that any other state. Why? Just because of the size of the population. But California is deranged, distracted and disturbed!
A few months ago there was a horrible traffic accident on The Florida Turnpike(see above). An 18-wheeler attempted to make a U-turn in the middle of the road. Yes, you read that correctly. The truck driver attempted an illegal U-turn in the middle of traffic. It has subsequently been reported that the truck driver was in fact an illegal alien whose illegal U-turn caused the crash that killed three people, unbelievably gave correct responses to just two out of 12 questions on an English proficiency test and accurately identified only one of four traffic signs. And this guy was driving a truck weighing thousands of pounds, which was essentially turned into a weapon. It was also revealed that he got a full term commercial driver’s license(CDL) from Washington State, which is reserved for American citizens and a limited term CDL from the state of California in 2024. And who is the governor of the state of California? Who conducted his road test? Mr. Magoo? And the State of Florida will be trying the driver for three counts vehicular homicide and deportation. The families should sue California Governor Gavin Newsom(D), DementiaJoe Biden, Kamala “Wordsalad czar” Harris and the states of Washington and California for letting this guy into the country and on the road. Moreover, the victims’ families should sue the trucking company.
Newsom is attempting to demonstrate just how tough he is, or trying to be, by paralleling President Donald John Trump. He has been heckling the White House for criticizing him to permit illegal aliens to get drivers licenses by claiming that the driver entered the US under Trump in 2018 and got his work authorization during Trump 1.0. However, that is not the truth, not even close. The truth is the drivers application was denied under the Trump administration, but was approved during the Biden administration in 2021. So, these are three more victims to add to the Biden roster of Angel Families and American citizens who died directly because of leftist pro-illegal alien, anti-US sovereignty policies. By the way, it’s also Newsom’s and California’s failed policies that also put American citizens in harm’s way. And even more unbelievably, there are radical, progressive, leftists who are actually supporting this guy who doesn’t read or speak English. And even more unbelievably, 2.1+ million people have signed a petition calling for leniency for illegal alien trucker Harjinder Singh, arguing that his 45-year jail sentence over a truck accident that killed three people is too severe. Too severe for vehicular homicide? What if was their family that was affected and were not supported by the Democratic Party.
“This crash was a preventable tragedy directly caused by reckless decisions and compounded by despicable failures,” Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said in a statement. Secretary Duffy added: “Non-enforcement and radical immigration policies have turned the trucking industry into a lawless frontier, resulting in unqualified foreign drivers improperly acquiring licenses to operate 40-ton vehicles.” The illegal alien from India is accused of initiating the deadly accident after he attempted an illegal U-turn through a highway cut-through marked “Official Use Only,” with his massive tractor trailer blocking the four-lane highway. The driver couldn’t read road signs. Furthermore, during an interview with Fox News’ Trey Gowdy, Secretary Duffy stated that in June, 2025, a new law became effective stating that if one has a CDL, you must speak English and read road signs. Yet, in July, the driver was pulled over for speeding in New Mexico and nothing was done to take him off the road in terms of administering an English language proficiency exam. New Mexico is also culpable for the deaths of the three people in Florida.
Furthermore, the illegal alien truck driver accused of killing the three people in a massive wreck on a Florida highway was extradited to Florida after fleeing to the sanctuary state of California. The Indian national, who is 28, was loaded onto a plane in California and flown back to Florida, according to the Florida Department of Highway Safety. He was arrested by US Marshals in California, one of two states where he has a commercial driver’s license. He was busted after allegedly fleeing back to California following the April 12 crash. Florida Lt. Gov. Jay Collins told reporters while personally escorting Singh to Florida, according to WFLA, in order to make sure that Newsom didn’t pull any nonsense to avoid the driver from getting extradited. The mutt faces three counts of vehicular homicide for allegedly making an illegal U-turn across a busy Florida highway in his tractor trailer as this is one more incident that clearly shows Newsom’s failed leadership and favoring illegal aliens over American citizens.
A few months after the horrific Florida truck accident, the mendacious governor of California violated Federal law by upgrading the drivers license of the illegal alien trucker who is accused of causing a horrible drug fueled pile up, as there were three fatalities and several others were wounded. Transportation Secretary Duffy blamed Newsom for the crash, stating that California state officials unlawfully upgraded the drivers commercial license, weeks after a new Federal rule, went into effect, barring illegal aliens from holding such privileges according to a DHS report. The driver was initially issued a restricted CDL in California in June, confining him to in state travel according to the DOT‘s report. Newsom was specifically warned that his state’s CDL program was dangerously broken. Additionally, the driver was allegedly under the influence of drugs. He plowed his semi truck into a slow moving traffic on the 10 Freeway in San Bernardino County(see above). The driver was charged with the manslaughter while intoxicated and driving under the influence. He is currently being held with an arrest detainer. And that putz Newsom is actually considering a run for the White House? He destroyed California.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters that California issued a commercial driver’s license (CDL) to that illegal immigrant truck driver charged in a fatal DUI crash that killed the aforementioned three people. “I can confirm that California gave this individual a license, and it is something that the Department of Transportation has already looked into,” Leavitt said. “I know Secretary Duffy, who’s doing a phenomenal job, has spoken on this many times in the crackdown that the Department of Transportation is taking on these licenses that are wrongfully being issued to people who clearly do not deserve to uphold these positions.” In 2022, the guy illegally entered the US under the Biden administration and was released into the country.
As reported by “Border Report,” Secretary Duffy warned that he will make good on a threat to revoke millions in federal funds for California because he says the state is illegally issuing commercial driver’s licenses to illegal aliens. In an appearance on Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Duffy said Newsom has refused to comply with DOT rules that require the state to stop issuing such licenses and review those already issued. “So, one, I’m about to pull $200 million from California,” Duffy said. “And, as we pull more money, we also have the option of pulling California’s ability to issue commercial driver’s licenses.” Eva Spiegel, a spokesperson for the California Department of Motor Vehicles, said the Trump administration “has no legitimate basis” to withhold federal highway transportation funds. Of course there is a “legitimate basis” for withholding Federal highway funding. It’s simple…the unhinged California Democrats are violating Federal law. The radical, progressive left screams about the law applies to everyone…but not in California? Newson, along with the other liberal Democrats, have turned the “Golden State” into an unmitigated disaster.
A few other states permit foreign born people who are living here illegally to obtain a driver’s license. New York State is among those states, having passed what it calls the “Green Light Law” in 2019. More formally, this is the Driver’s License Access and Privacy Act, found within New York’s 2020 Vehicle and Traffic Code, Chapter 71, Title 5: “Licensing of Drivers.” Getting a New York State standard driver’s license does NOT give the illegal alien any sort of legal immigration status in the United States. Only the Federal Government has the power to legalize someone’s U.S. immigration status…no individual state can do that. But the NYS driver’s license is an accepted form of legal identification.
USAG Pam Bondi announced that the DOJ is suing the New York State, Governor Kathy Hochul(D), New York Attorney General Letitia James(D), and New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Commissioner Mark Schroeder for issuing drivers’ licenses to illegal immigrants, arguing this violates immigration laws. Another serious issue with individual states is the blocking of Federal law enforcement from searching DMV records for illegal immigrants. If law enforcement pulls over an illegal alien with or without a valid license, NYS law blocks Federal law enforcement from checking DMV records to determine whether or not they are here illegally. “New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops. It stops today, said Bondi at the presser. “If you don’t comply with federal law, we will hold you accountable.” Again, the radical, progressive left is constantly pushing the narrative about adhering to the law, shouldn’t the Democrats and their supporters adhere to the same laws they are bitching about?
In a strong retort condemning the lawsuit, Hochul referred to the the DOJ’s lawsuit as “smoke and mirrors.” “We expect Pam Bondi’s worthless, publicity-driven lawsuit to be a total failure, just like all the others. Let me be clear: New York is not backing down,” wrote Hochul in her prepared statement. NYS Attorney General Leticia James, who is facing criminal prosecution for fraudulent information about securing a mortgage for a home outside NYS while having her father sign the contract as her husband amongst other legal issues, released a one-sentence statement following the lawsuit press conference.“Our state laws, including the Green Light law, protect the rights of all New Yorkers and keep our communities safe. I am prepared to defend our laws, just as I always have,” said James. Here, in a nutshell, the radical, progressive left once again putting illegal aliens ahead of American citizens.
As reported by NewsNation, states throughout the US have revoked the driving privileges for over 5500 commercial truck drivers who failed basic English assessments while working throughout the country. This is according to Israel Delgado, Vallejo, vice president of Mexico‘s Northwest Chamber of Freight Transporters. Moreover, President Donald Trump issued an executive order reconstituting an existing law that mandates commercial truck drivers must speak and understand enough English to read road signs and interact with law enforcement. Apparently Newsom never got the memo.
Beginning in January, 2021, the Biden administration opened the border and the country was invaded by over 20 million illegal aliens. While some came to the US to better their lives, a fair portion of them came here to unleash their criminal behavior upon the country, including drug trafficking, with the smuggling of narcotics in cadavers and living people, child trafficking, labor exploitation and trafficking, sex trafficking and weapons trafficking. And let’s not forget the re-introduction of diseases that were eliminated years ago: small pox, yellow fever, measles, malaria, chickenpox, leprosy, tuberculosis, typhoid, polio and an oldie but a goodie, making a return from the 14th century, the bubonic plague.
At the rate the Democrats are sinking, and taking the radical, progressive left and the bootlicking dregs of corporate, legacy mainstream media with them, they are void of leadership and an agenda that will benefit the whole country. As for the lies the Democrats promulgate, they are counting on people to accept their “truth” and never check the paper trail. Just remember the words of Joseph Goebbels, the Reichminister of Enlightenment and Propaganda: “If you tell a lie often enough, it eventually becomes truth.”
