During a prior interview with Newsmax, Representative Pat Fallon (R-TX) stated that the root of the problems for the United States in the Middle East with Iranian-backed proxies is that President Joe Biden “doesn’t understand “deterrence.”Biden thought that unlocking billions of dollars for Iran would result in the terrorist state playing nice with the US, Fallon said, adding that Iran responds only to a “gun to their head.” That is a later day example of gunboat diplomacy originated during The Second Barbary War (1815) or the US-Algerian War that was fought between the United States and the North African Barbary Coast states of Tripoli, Tunis, and Algiers. The war ended when the United States Senate ratified Commodore Stephen Decatur’s Algerian treaty on 5 December 1815. Commodore Decatur had a sniper up on the mainmast to enforce the treaty. And Commodore Decatur is one of America’s greatest heroes and one of my heroes.
In recent weeks Biden has turned on Israel. He has vowed hundreds of millions of dollars in aid to Gaza, the headquarters of Hamas. Biden has even falsely claimed Israel was not providing humanitarian relief, while making veiled threats to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the execution of the war between Israel and Hamas and calling for an immediate ceasefire. DementiaJoe once again demonstrated his poor foreign policy comprehension. Instead of standing tall for an ally, he is wobbling as he is giving in to the anti-Semitic and anti-Israel members of the radical, progressive left in the Democratic Party. Did DementiaJoe forget who fired the first shot on October 7, 2023? Israel struck an Iranian consulate in Damascus, Syria, and killed a number of senior leaders of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, according to the Pentagon. The concern is whether Iran will retaliate. What will Biden do? Will he support our main ally in the Middle East or absolutely buckle to the Democrats yelling at him? Additionally, Biden is following the Obama anti-Israeli agenda and will “assess Israel’s actions. This old bastard has clearly forgotten who fired the first shot. Can you imagine if former President George W. Bush had taken a similar stance after the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in 09/11/2001?
During an interview on Newsmax, President Trump’s former National Security Council Chief of Staff Fred Fleitz, stated unequivocally that the Biden administration is backing away from supporting Israel, which is “disgusting” during a time of war. “The Biden administration communicated to Iran, ‘We didn’t know about this. We weren’t involved. Don’t attack our troops in retaliation,'” Fleitz said. “When I think this administration couldn’t be more incompetent, couldn’t sink lower, it does.”
Biden has pushed claims that are inconsistent with the facts, accusing Israel of preventing aid from reaching Palestinian civilians. His demand for a ceasefire would only empower Hamas, which Israel has recently said is on its last legs. The president’s echoing of pro-Hamas propaganda plainly harms Israel’s cause, and helps explain the polls showing US public support for Israel to be dropping…Obama!
Members of Congress denounced an ultimatum that Biden gave to Netanyahu during a phone call made changes that Washington has called for or face the prospect of U.S. policy changes. “In this war against Hamas—no conditions for Israel,” wrote Senator John Fetterman(D-PA), in response to a quote from a New York Times article about how Biden “appeared to condition support on how Israel changes course.”
Jospeh Robinette Biden, Jr. is a career politician, and a Hall of Fame failure at that. The overwhelming evidence dictates that Biden, and his administration, have absolutely screwed the pooch in the areas of the economy, seeing the price of food soar 33.5%, along with families living paycheck to paycheck under Bidenomics; torpedoing America’s quality of life; lowered educational standards and attainment as America’s students have been indoctrinated in favor of socialism, along with the anti-American CRT and DEI agenda. And as far as shutting down the domestic energy sector, the United States went from energy independence to energy dependence, which essentially lit the match for the conflicts between The Ukraine v Russia and Israel v Hamas, including the Houthis, Hezbolah and Islamic Jihad, who are all funded by Iran.
The Houthi rebels have disrupted global shipping, which will eventually lead to increased inflation, up until election day. As reported, shipping volumes in the region have been dropping since mid-November, to approximately 5.66 million metric tons of cargo, which passes through the Bab-al-Mendeb Strait in the Red Sea each week. And by mid-February 2024 those numbers have dipped to 2.69 million metric tons…a 52% drop. Just recently Biden called the Houthis terrorists, but has yet to place them on the terrorist list. How far the conflict in the Middle East goes, and for how long, depends on Biden’s stomach for conflict!
There were some interesting passages in Robert Gates’ 2014 book, titled, “Duty: Memoirs of a Secretary at War.” Gates, the former defense secretary under Obama, was very clear that he believed Biden had been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades. Gates’ assessment hits the nail right on the head as evidenced by Biden’s disasters with the Afghanistan retreat, that cost of lives of 13 members of the military from a homicide bomber who, just hours earlier, had been incarcerated by the US military, who was ordered to handover Kabul International Airport for Taliban control. The bomber was released, targeted by US snipers,who were told to stand down. A breakdown in the chain of command.
Gates thought that Biden has gotten a lot wrong and pointed out Biden’s opposition to “every one of Ronald Reagan’s military programs to contest the Soviet Union,” the first Gulf War, and even pointed to their differences regarding Afghanistan during the Obama administration.
Biden is demonstrably feeble and cognitively delinquent, which has given North Korea, Russia and the draconian Communist Chinese Republic(CCR) a distinct advantage because they know that at this point that they have repeatedly gotten the jump on DementiaJoe. Under the 46th POTUS, the world is spiraling out of control as chaos and confusion rule the day.
During former President Donald John Trump’s tenure, he placed strangulating sanctions on Iran, resulting in the country teetering on bankruptcy. Like most of the Middle Eastern regimes, Iran depended on oil imports, which in turn funded international terrorism and their proxies (see the aforementioned Israeli adversaries.). Within months of Inauguration Day, Biden removed a majority of the Trump sanctions. Therefore, Iran went from pumping 300,000 barrels of oil per day back up to 3,300,000 barrels of oil per day. And let’s not forget the tens of billions of dollars Iran has made since 2021, plus the billions the Biden administration retuned to Iran.
As I stated, due to the shutdown of American oil imports, this opened the door for Iran funded Hamas to attack Israel, which resulted in the October 7, 2023 devastating unprovoked, sneak attack by thousands of Hamas-led terrorists across the Israeli border from Gaza. This resulted in the tragic loss of approximately 1,200 lives, mostly civilians. The brutality of these attacks, including rape, torture, and other heinous crimes, has left a deep scar. In the chaos, around 240 people were snatched and taken hostage, with 132 (?)still in captivity. At this point less than half have been exchanged for thousands of Palestinians being incarcerated in Israeli prisons for a variety of crimes committed against the people of the Jewish State. What is the speculative disposition of the released Palestinians? They will be absorbed back into Hamas to fight the IDF. The hostage/prisoner exchange was pushed by the Biden administration and the anti-Semites at the UN in order to garner peace…which won’t last long, if ever.
Despite Biden authorizing the use a two carrier groups into the Middle East, this was after hundreds of missile attacks on US forces situated throughout Iraq, who are there to stabilize that region. To that end, a senior US military official has said more attacks by the Houthis are expected. The director of the US joint staff, Lt. General Douglas Sims, told reporters in a virtual meeting that the Houthis had already responded to the recent US-UK retaliation. And it’s clear which world power is siding with which side.
It was interesting that while Trump was in office, the indoctrinated, radical, progressive Democrats predicted that #45 would lead us into World War III. Yet, there wasn’t a peep out of Iran, North Korea, Russia and the CCR. Under the increasingly unpopular and failing foreign policies, Biden has gotten this lively little planet on the precipice of World War III. And let’s take into account Iran’s nuclear program, with their desired goal of developing a weapon with a fully functioning delivery system. Who will Iran target? It’s an easy guess!! And Biden attempted to push the US back into Obama’s Iran leaning JCPOA.
As Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin was in the hospital without notifying anyone, he had been conducting military operations from his hospital bed, including the multiple retaliatory actions on the Iran backed Houthi rebels. Austin was transported to Walter Reed Hospital in Washington on January 1st due to complications from prostate cancer. He turned his room into a secure communications center in order to monitor Houthi attacks, formulate proportional responses, including watching the results in real time. Austin failed to follow the chain of command, from the president, the Congress and the upper echelon of the War Department, to alert that he had cancer or that he was undergoing anesthesia on the same day that Houthis launched an aggressive attack in the Red Sea. So, who is in command of the US military?
On a side note, Austin, along with General Mark Milley, botched the Afghanistan retreat in 2021. Despite their recommendations regarding the deployment of troops, Biden overruled them which resulted in the deaths of 13 members of the military, along with leaving $86 billion worth of equipment to the Taliban. Yet, Austin and Milley did not properly prepare the defense of Kabul Airport. No resignations, no firings and no apologies. However, if a grunt loses their weapon, helmet or any other piece of equipment, they are brought up on charges of negligence. Let’s remember Biden was looking at his watch when the remains of the 13 were returned.
Even Biden admitted that it was irresponsible of Austin’s failure to inform him. Yet no apologies or accountability. This is typical of this administration. Could Austin have been considered AWOL? He should have resigned or been fired! Just plain incompetence!
Drones and missiles are being shot down by a combined effort of F/A-18E/F aircraft from the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower as well as strikes from the USS Gravely, the USS Laboon, the USS Mason and the United Kingdom’s HMS Diamond. The Houthis continue their attacks on commercial shipping lanes in the Red Sea.
During a recent sortie, over 100 weapons struck 60 targets in 16 Houthi rebel areas across Yemen. The scope of the strike on 16 different areas indicated that US Central Command (CENTCOM) had been monitoring the Houthis and developing targets for months. Every target was evaluated to reduce collateral damage to civilians, and in fact, that’s another reason for striking at night…precise targeting. By the way, the F/A-18E/F was the plane used in “Top Gun:Maverick.”
Ships that do not pass through the Red Sea have to take the longer route around the continent of Africa. This adds 40% to the journey time. And the increased travel time will spike inflation across the globe, no matter how long it takes to squash Israeli adversaries.
To paraphrase former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s famous words, “I am circling back” to Biden and the Middle East situation that he promulgated. While his support of Israel defending herself appears to be wobbly, he is facing opposition from radical, progressive Democrats on the White House staff and opposition from within his own party, led by the anti-American, anti-Semitic and anti-Israel garbage known as “the squad.” There’s no need to identify who they are…they will get zero attention from me.
As opposed to Biden’s weakness, President Harry S. Truman recognized the State of Israel on May 14, 1948, at almost the instant its existence was announced. He believed that his decision was fair. Reflecting on his decision 15 years later, Truman recalled, “What I was trying to do was find a homeland for the Jews and still be just with the Arabs.” He also believed that the existence of Israel would lead to eventual peace and prosperity in the Middle East. Truman’s key advisors, including Secretary of State George C. Marshall and Secretary of Defense James Forrestal, adamantly opposed the recognition of a Jewish state and the likely disruption of relations with Arab nations, along with a number of other anti-Israel officials in the government. And Biden is leaning towards Israel’s adversaries as he pushes for a ceasefire.
And any Jewish American liberal who votes Democrat is setting up the Jewish Community to face the same results the European Jewish Community faced in the mid 1920’s to 1945. Don’t forget that liberal Jewish Germans helped fund the National Socialist German Workers Party. It took a bit before the lightbulb went on, but by that time it was too late for the six million, plus 12 million non-Jewish people. Just take a gander at the protests going on in major cities throughout the world. These indoctrinated people have been hearing anti-American, anti-Semitic and anti-Israel socialist rhetoric, essentially during their time in school on all levels, with the cherry on the cake from the socialist/communist professors, especially those in elite universities, as we saw during Congressional hearings regarding anti-Semitism on college campuses, specifically the elitist Ivy League.
And let’s not forget that “offensive speech” last month by Senate Majority Leader Chuckles Schumer (D-NY) calling Netanyahu an obstacle to peace and calling for early Israeli elections. Moreover, didn’t Schumer complain about election interference in the 2020 presidential election and is now guilty of doing the same thing?
As stated by ace NY Post columnist Michael Goodwin: “During most of the six months of Israel’s war with Hamas, President Biden has given support to our ally with one hand and undercut it with the other. The approach features both Biden’s quiet supply of munitions to Israel and a near-daily dose of harsh public criticism of its military conduct.“ And as I previously mentioned, Biden is attempting to placate a very angry, anti-Israel and anti-Semitic radical, progressive, insane left!
During an interview on the ultra-left CNBC, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon praised former President Donald John Trump’s handling of the economy, immigration, China and other issues in an interview. He essentially said that while he doesn’t agree with the manner in which Trump presents his point of view, Dixon did state that Trump’s policies worked.
There are an overwhelming number of issues facing the country that are direct result of Biden’s socialist driven policies, along with gross mismanagement, and incompetence, that permeates this administration. And if this cognitively challenged, feeble clown is re-elected, the country will be facing an outcome never thought possible. Joenochio is a figurehead and a poor figurehead at that…plain and simple!
