With the new Congress “representing” the American citizen, it appears more than ever that spineless and four weak minded anti-Trumpers of the GOP have joined hands with the orthodox, unhinged, extremist liberals, in order to blatantly defy President Donald John Trump and his sworn obligation to protect and defend the citizens of the United States, with the construction of the southern border barrier. At this point, POTUSDJT simply wants the enforcement of Federal laws that are currently on the books regarding immigration that Congress had passed. Yet, the are members of the Congress who are committing treason by placing all of us in danger by doing nothing, with extremists of the left proposing the disbanding of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and revising the Custom and Border Patrol (CBP). And now there is a brainless, entitled, egotistical socialist and two hate-filled anti-Semites controlling the left and there’s nothing Nancy Pelosi has done, or can do, to stop that. Also, the unhinged, coastal supremacist socialists have morphed into a domestic terrorist organization and desire to flip us into being Venezuela and push their oligarchy.
Moving on, the continuing major issue is the fraudulent stance lead by Speaker of the House, Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) and their House puppets regarding illegal immigration. Notice I did not say legal immigration. The leaders of the orthodox, unhinged, extremist liberal left choose not to separate the two. If you take the time to research the weak and pathetic history of addressing the immigration problem, Bubba Clinton in 1995 during his State of the Union speech, Barry Obama in 2005 and lying Hillary in 2014, all stated that illegals should not be permitted into the country and should subsequently be deported. By the way, Schumer in 2009 stood on the Senate floor pontificating the evils of illegal immigration. Now, with a real leader in the White House, everything is resistance and disrespect. You can go to YouTube and see the hypocrisy for yourself.

Democrats applauded wildly. Now they curse President Trump for the same words.
The Congress is required to uphold and enforce the Constitution for the protection of United States of America. When the 14th Amendment was adopted on July 9, 1868, it was one of the post-Civil War Reconstruction Amendments signed by President Andrew Johnson (D-TN). Amendment 14, Section 1 states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” What is most interesting is that the Republican Party voted unanimously TO support the ratification of the amendment. What is most interesting, Part II, is not one single Democrat voted in favor of ratification. Not one. The key word is “Citizen!”
As a point of information demonstrating that the Democratic Party was, and continues to be the racist party, was the ratification of the Fifteenth Amendment. The Fifteenth Amendment to the Constitution prohibits the federal government and each state from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen’s “race, color, or previous condition of servitude”. It was ratified on February 3, 1870, as the third and last of the Reconstruction Amendments. The Democrats voted unanimously AGAINST the amendment. Imagine that…100% voted against the ratification for voting rights. Today’s extremists don’t know their own history.
The Congress repeatedly debated the rights of the millions of former black slaves. By 1869, the 13th & 14th Amendments had been passed to abolish slavery and provide citizenship and equal protection under the laws. However, the election of President US Grant (R) in 1868 convinced Republicans that protecting black male voters was important for the party’s future voting base. On February 26, 1869, after rejecting more sweeping versions of a suffrage amendment, Republicans proposed a compromise amendment banning mass restrictions on the basis of race, color, or previous servitude. After surviving a difficult ratification fight, the amendment was certified as duly ratified and part of the Constitution on March 30, 1870. By the way, not one single Democrat voted in favor of ratifying the Fifteenth Amendment.
In 2013, all 54 Senate Democrats, that’s a majority if you will, voted to pass a bill that gave $46 billion for border security, which included building an additional 700 miles of border fencing. Obama did nothing! At the beginning of 2018, the orthodox extremists of the liberal left were willing to work with POTUSDJT by compromising $25B for DACA and a border barrier. If you recall, the original number wanted by Schumer and Pelosi was 800K DACA kids. President Trump upped that to 1.6M, with a possible path towards citizenship. Of course, Pelosi and Schumer condemned the deal because it went against their socialist agenda. The $5B the President currently wants for the southern border is a mere 1/10 of .01% of the Federal budget.
According to the Center for Immigration Studies, they crunched the numbers and found that the current population of illegal immigrants will drain nearly $750 billion from taxpayers over their lifetimes, amounting to six times the deportation costs. According to another study, current immigration policy imposes as much as $300 billion annually in net fiscal costs on U.S. taxpayers.” The second set of numbers are from Dec. 15, 2018.
In 1976, Congress passed the National Emergencies Act, giving the President vast powers in the event of a national emergency. According to the Federal Register, Democratic POTUS’s Carter, Bubba Clinton and Obama, along with GOP Bush-43 and POTUSDJT, have declared 58 national emergencies prior to the new declaration issued on Friday, February 15, 2018. A grand total of 31 of these emergencies are still in effect today.
President Trump, as usual, stood tall, taking bold and decisive actions in the best interests of the American people when he declared a national emergency that will have enabled the construction of a badly needed barrier along the U.S.-Mexico border to hinder human trafficking, drug trafficking and criminal crossings. In addition, immigration laws need to be revised, including ending chain migration, anchor babies and modifying amnesty. Yet, the Congress is demonstrating themselves to be gutless and afraid to take a stance protecting the sovereignty of the United States.
Shockingly, POTUSDJT’s move was a dramatic contrast to the radical position of Democrats supporting open borders, dismantling any existing barriers and the abolition of ICE, which is a vital law enforcement organization that protects our national security. The left strongly desires to establish a new voting pool, as the one they resisted in 1869.
Despite the stance being taken by the authoritarian, coastal elitists, orthodox extremists of the socialist left, President Trump’s national emergency declaration is well within his executive authority. Since the orthodox, extremists of the left are beyond stoked to block the construction of a southern barrier, the last budget signed reluctantly by POTUSDJT provided for a fraction of the $5B+ required. It was signed to prevent another Federal government shutdown. There are other legal measures of getting additional funding. However, it’s a guarantee that there will be lawsuits ending up in the ultra-liberal Obama appointed Ninth Circuit Court.
As for the accusations of family separation, a fair percentage of the children being brought to the border are simply being used as props for coyotes. The cosmopolitan biased, cultural supremacist corporate mainstream media is a tool of Pelosi and Schumer to resist anything that POTUSDJT has done. In regard to the holding areas, those are employed to vet the people who attempt to enter the country without any form of identification and held for a short time. And there was absolutely no difference when Obama, known as “The Deporter-in-Chief,” vetted and deported illegals being held by CBP.
The children who are being supervised by the CBP, receive three square meals per day. They get new clothes, medical care, education, recreational activities and video games. The hard working officers of the CBP are essentially baby sitters, instead of doing their jobs protecting the border, thanks to Obama. They are treated better than American children who live in lower socioeconomic areas, such as American Indians. Furthermore, in the aforementioned lower socioeconomic areas in the country, there are people who have yet to find employment, despite 312K new jobs in December, 2018.
So, to continue the protection of illegal aliens over the welfare of the American citizen/taxpayer, The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) transferred up to $385M from Federal programs, including those that fund cancer prevention efforts, in order to house an increasing number of unaccompanied migrant children in its care. HHS will reallocate millions of dollars from some of its health programs to increase shelter capacity for the “overwhelming number” of migrant children who crossed the border without parents or family. They are often referred to HHS for shelter, food and other services until sponsors are found in the U.S.
Since HHS’s shelters are reportedly nearly full, the agency needs to take funds from other programs to pay for more space, according to HHS Secretary Alex Azar. That includes up to $286M from health programs that fund Head Start, Alzheimer’s care and cancer prevention. Most of the money will come from the Administration for Children and Families, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the National Institutes of Health. Up to $99 million from within the Office of Refugee Resettlement will also be reallocated, Azar said. It’s interesting that Americans in need are directly affected by the movement of the funds to assist illegals. A case in point is the budget slash for the Head Start program so badly needed in lower socioeconomic areas. I know from personal experiences. Additionally, it costs approximately $89K/illegal to support them each calendar year. An overwhelming majority of Americans don’t come close to earning that to support their families.
The Congress had been presented with numerous opportunities to lead and act courageously in order to do what is right to protect the citizens of the United States. Just reflect on how the families of Cpl. Singh, Kate Steinle , Mollie Tibbets and others who has lost loved ones must feel with the southern barrier not being built because the extremists of the liberal left call it racist, amongst other things. It’s protecting citizens and American sovereignty. They support the construction of the southern barrier.
Furthermore, Mark Morgan, Obama’s former CBO Chief stated, “How many more statistics have to be provided, how many more Angel Families have to stand before the Democrats finally acquiesce and agree that the danger is real? This resistance is absolutely being driven by identity politics. The experts have spoken, from ICE and CPB, telling Congress what they need to protect our borders, for the safety and security of this country. The Congress has absolutely ignored it and discounted everything that has been said there will be Americans that will continue to die from this reckless behavior.” This is from a former Obama appointee.
Shockingly, the leftist agenda supporting New York Times finally admitted that President Trump’s insistence on revising and also enforcing border laws is working. As a case in point, immigrants seeking asylum are now having to wait in Mexico or their home countries before their cases are heard. This eliminates the incentive to enter the United States at a port of entry, seek asylum, be given a court date and disappear, never to be heard from again. Until this POTUS, if an immigrant entered the country, pleaded for amnesty and as previously stated, they disappeared.
Lastly, we need to thank the officers of CBP and ICE for doing a difficult job enforcing laws that need to be changed. Recently, CBP announced “its largest fentanyl bust ever,” seizing 254 pounds of the synthetic opioid, enough to kill 57 million Americans. In addition, ICE has arrested 266,000 criminal illegal immigrants over a two-year period. Those arrested faced 100,000 assault charges,
Additionally, it was reported that on Friday, March 7, 2019, an illegal alien was stopped by CBP at the Arizona border. He was in possession of 55 pounds of cocaine, worth $1.3M, while attempting to smuggle the drugs into the United States in a truck door. The Mexican national was arrested and turned over to ICE. On Monday, March 11, 2019, Police in California arrested an illegal with known gang ties and an extensive criminal history in the February killing of a San Jose woman. The suspect, who is 24, was arrested that night in connection with the murder of a 59-year-old woman. Police say he stalked her before stabbing her to death in her home. Additionally, this illegal had been previously arrested six times for assorted crimes and released in both Los Angeles and Santa Clara Counties. He was released because of California’s disgusting sanctuary laws that protect illegals. ICE lodged nine detainers between 2016-2019 and not one was honored. No comments from any Santa Clara officials. Tack on the 189K at the southern border attempting to enter the country illegally during the first quarter of 2019 and there’s no emergency? The extremists of the left are blind, truly blind!
Double lastly, it was reported on Monday, March 11, 2019, but squashed by the troglodytes of the boot licking mainstream media, that over 2.200 illegals were quarantined at the border due to an outbreak of the measles and mumps. Can you imagine if the infected illegals who were caught and released attempting to sneak in were permitted to roam the country? We could end up with the possibility of another black plague, which resulted in the deaths of an estimated 75-200 million people in Eurasia and peaking in Europe from 1347 to 1351
Duplicity defined without Congress performing their sworn duty. And don’t forget the Northern border! And don’t forget, there was absolutely no difference when Obama, known as “The Deporter-in-Chief,” vetted and deported illegals being held by CBP.
