Presidential Pardons

Like reoccurring toe fungus, the former Secretary of State, the former US Senator from New York, and more importantly, and thankfully, with two failed Presidential campaigns, the one and only Hillary Rodham Clinton simply won’t leave us alone by retiring to the woods with her chardonnay. And what is the funniest, is that she is offering “advice” to the 20+ scurrilous and unqualified“candidates” the Democratic Obstructionist National People’s Socialist Party is promoting.

Once again, Hillary is attempting to be the center of attention as she states it’s “grotesque” that President Donald John Trump is taking under consideration the pardoning of Navy Seal Chief Edward Gallagher and Major Matthew Golsteyn, USA, both of whom have been charged with various crimes under The Uniform Code of Military Justice.

With this extremely accurate Tweet, Mrs. Gallagher is reminding Obama’s former Secretary of State, the scandalous, money laundering, con-artist and treasonous Hillary Clinton, that she, the 44th POTUS and the entire previous administration, essentially left the Benghazi embassy staff out to dry from repeated attacks on the night of September 11, 2012. The security personnel requested, pleaded and begged over 600 times for assistance, which was repeatedly denied. I wonder if she was sleeping. And at the time, not one word of acknowledgement or accurate reporting from the troglodyte, dregs of the cosmopolitan biased, cultural supremacist corporate mainstream media.

Almost seven years later, one must wonder where the authoritarian, orthodox extremists of the liberal, leftist establishment were that fateful September, when the bodies of U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith, CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty, along with US Ambassador Christopher Stevens, were returned to the United States after the attack on the American Embassy. Obama and Hillary, repeatedly stated that the attacks were the result of a spontaneous protest triggered by an anti-Muslim video, “Innocence of Muslims.” Subsequent investigations showed that the attack was premeditated and that the video never existed. The attacks started on September 11, 2012. Does the date seem familiar? The Obama administration, especially the POTUS and Hillary, lied to the country and more pathetically, to the faces of the families, as the flag covered caskets were being taken off the transport. Moreover, Clinton attempted to brush off the entire Benghazi incident by callously answering the Congress with these coldhearted words, “What does it matter?”

Furthermore, in 2016, an 800 page report stated in the months leading up to the attacks on the embassy, security was shoddy and the inadequate embassy bureaucratic leadership did not shore up defensive resources. The report indicated that Clinton and her State Department failed to sufficiently protect the embassy and its personnel. The CIA was called out for missing the threat and providing faulty intelligence. And the kicker was that the Secretary of State was using her personal unsecured email account instead of her mandatory State Department protected account. Against the law!!

So, at the the end of the day, the results were that Obama, Clinton, and the administration, were essentially “pardoned” for their part in lying about the entire Benghazi incident. No one, not one person, was held accountable for the deaths of four Americans. She wouldn’t install Marines at the dangerous Benghazi mission for PC’s appearance and four men died. That’s grotesque!!

“Benghazi was a sham and it took years and seven different hearings and it was a political charade,” Chris Cuomo, CNN. Let that sink in!

President Trump, on Friday, March 8,2018, issued a Presidential Pardon to former United States Navy sailor Kristian Saucier, who had received a felony conviction for taking pictures aboard the nuclear attack submarine, USS Alexandria (SSN 757), for personal use. Additionally, the photographs were of non-vital systems. Saucier learned of the pardon as he was driving a sanitation truck, since that was the only job he could secure as a “convicted felon,” having received a dishonorable discharge from the Navy. During the 2016 Presidential Campaign, then GOP Nominee POTUSDJT repeatedly presented Saucier’s case saying he was ‘ruined’ for doing ‘nothing’ compared to the extremist, liberal, leftist establishment’s chosen candidate, the treasonous, lying, carpetbagging, scoundrel, Hillary Clinton.

President Trump demonstrated his compassion and understanding for a young man who exercised poor judgment during his assignment in “The Silent Service.” Saucier was 22 years old when he took six cellphone photos in 2009. He then pleaded guilty to one count of “unauthorized retention of national defense information.” Saucier’s attorneys unsuccessfully requested a “Clinton type deal.” Considering that Hillary did not face any punishment for violating a plethora of State Department security regulations, even with being exonerated by the FBI months before she was interviewed, Saucier faced prison time for the foolishness of youth. The six photos found on a cellphone Saucier discarded were deemed ‘confidential,’ which is the lowest level of classification, even though some displayed the boat’s nuclear reactor.

As we know, Hillary sent and received an abundance of top secret and highly classified information on an unsecured private email server located in her Chappaqua, NY home. However, by pleading guilty, Saucier admitted to destroying evidence after being questioned. As DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz discovered during ongoing numerous investigations into the treasonous actions of Hillary during her failed 2016 Presidential Campaign, during her failed tenure as Secretary of State under Obama’s ineffective, weak, socialist, anti-American, globalist tenure, was the destruction of evidentiary materials, which included smashed laptops and cellphones with missing sim cards. And she got off scottfree, with Obama and his minions of the deep state, upper echelon of the FBI and DOJ covering her tracks, while trying to delegitimize a duly elected President Donald John Trump.

During the failed Obama administration, he demonstrated his antipathy for the United States and the military, who defends our freedoms, sometimes with the ultimate sacrifice. He was sympathetic to traitors. There were two treasonous cases of note that Obama closed his eyes too.

A pardon from the Obama administration was granted to Bradley Manning, who was a Private, US Army. Manning was a former United States Army soldier who was convicted by court-martial in July 2013, of violating the Espionage Act, along with a plethora of other offenses. He disclosed to WikiLeaks nearly 750,000 classified, or unclassified, but sensitive, military and diplomatic documents. Manning was facing 35 years in prison, but his sentence was commuted by Obama after seven years. And the taxpayers footed the bill for his transgender “change” while it was in prison. Traitor.

Despite Obama’s pardon, Manning remains a felonious convicted traitor who spent seven years in prison. Just has to make one shake their head at the thought process of the extremists of the liberal leftist establishment to condone the actions of a traitor.

On October 16, 2017, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, US Army, pleaded guilty to charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy. The traitor was charged after he disappeared from his base in Afghanistan in June, 2009. He was held in captivity by the Taliban until May 2014. The Taliban released Bergdahl in a prisoner exchange for five detainees under guard in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. During questioning from a judge during sentencing, the traitor said, “I left my observation post on my own.” He also said, “I understand leaving was against the law.” Desertion during combat operations is punishable by firing squad. See the 1945 case of Private Edward Donald Slovik, who was tried, convicted and executed for desertion in time of war during WWII. Yet, Bergdahl whined like a crybaby by holding POTUSDJT responsible for the sentences that he faced in October, 2017. President Trump was not the one who deserted his post. The previous guy would have commuted any sentence Bergdahl faced with a smile, in a nanosecond. Or as former NSA Director Susan Rice called Bergdahl, a credit to the military. Again, another head shaker.

Now, the main issue that was at hand regarding the treasonous Bergdahl, was the prisoner exchange shoved down the throats of the military by Obama, who had always kowtowed to mullahs in Iran and disrespected the American military. As is constantly recounted, when Bergdahl was reported missing, members of his stick conducted a comprehensive search. During the search, members engaged in firefights and made the ultimate sacrifice looking for their “brother.” In addition, the five released Gitmo detainees recycled themselves back into Taliban combat operations. So the former POTUS, #44, should be ashamed of himself for that exchange. Ft. Leavenworth is Bergdahl’s long term future. The deaths of the soldiers in Bergdahl’s stick will continually stain the hands of Obama and his miserably failed foreign policy, including the four dead Americans in Benghazi. Traitor!

In addition to the aforementioned hideous Manning Presidential Pardon, and the Obama administration’s orchestrated prisoner exchange, Obama commuted the sentences of 330 federal inmates days before he left office, capping an unprecedented clemency effort that had released 1,715 prisoners — more than any other president in history. The clemency grants announced on Obama’s last full day in office set a one-day record.

On a side note, there is one traitor, depending on one’s perspective, that should be acknowledged with some understanding and consideration. Colonel Claus Philipp Maria Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg was a German army officer, a member of the German nobility, and who was one of the leading members of the failed July 20, 1944 plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler, including the removal of the Nazi Party. He was one of the central figures of the German Resistance movement within the Wehrmacht. Due to his involvement in the resistance, von Stauffenberg was executed by firing squad shortly after Operation Valkyrie failed, on July 21, 1944. von Stauffenberg did this for “Sacred Germany.”

Current day, the aforementioned Chief Gallagher is a 15 year member of the Navy Seals. The Navy’s Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS) office is charging him with premeditated murder, in addition to being accused of stabbing and killing a wounded ISIS insurgent during a deployment in 2017 to Mosul. There is additional evidence, including testimony from witnesses, which contradicts the charges levied against Chief Gallagher. The reports state that the ISIS fighter died from his wounds while under the care of the Iraqi Emergency Response Division. It was suspected that the combatant died from an excessive loss of blood due to a severed artery. Chief Gallagher has pleaded not guilty, with his court martial set to begin at the end of May, 2019.

Furthermore, Chief Gallagher faces 14 additional charges, including accusations not connected to the deceased ISIS combatant. The additional charges were reported by other Seals under his command. Iraqi ERD Commander Maj. Gen. Abbas al-Jubouri called Gallagher “the best chief” among all the U.S. forces he worked with. He noted that Chief Gallagher was “very strict with his men.” So, there stands a very good chance that all his subordinates were gripping as payback. He had been in solitary confinement until President Trump rightfully interceded.

Major Golsteyn has been accused of murdering an Afghan-Taliban bomb maker in 2010. During an investigative interview with Leon Panetta’s CIA, he admitted what he did, but was cleared of any wrongdoing by a follow up investigation conducted by the Army. This Afghan was believed to have killed at least two enlisted Marines. The aforementioned investigation did not find Major Golsteyn guilty of a war crime but of conduct unbecoming an officer. It recommended a general discharge under honorable conditions.

However, in 2016, the Obama administration reopened the case after Golsteyn did an interview on the Fox News Channel and admitted to killing the Taliban bomb marker

once again. The Army forwarded the paperwork to initiate a court martial, with a date not yet set. Now the Army has Major Golsteyn’s own words to use against him from the Fox interview.

According to former United States Marine officer and a member of the House of Representatives, Duncan Hunter (R-CA), “Major Matt Golsteyn is an American hero, and his experience calls to attention another hero, retired General James Mattis and something he said: ‘There are some assholes in the world that just need to be shot.’ I know you agree that a known Afghan bomb-maker with the blood of American service members on his hands fits into that category.” The congressman wrote those apropos words to Army Secretary Eric Fanning and General Mark A. Milley, Army chief of staff. John M. McHugh, former Army secretary under Obama, stripped the Green Beret of his pending Silver Star. Major Golsteyn was removed from the Green Beret cadre and set for a less-than-honorable discharge. From prior combat reports, Major Golsteyn repeatedly placed himself in the line of fire. Furthermore, Major Golsteyn’s wife stated that a pardon from POTUSDJT “would end the eight year long nightmare” her husband has experienced since being investigated.

Imagine what Gallagher, Golsteyn and Saucier are/went through as “regular” people compared to what Hillary got away with, as being a member of the authoritarian, unhinged, elitist, extremist, liberal leftist establishment and having the cash to stay out of jail. As previously stated, if a “regular” person committed any of the aforementioned treasonous acts, including the attempted coup d’etat by Obama’s deep state, with the attempt at delegitimizing POTUSDJT, that person would never see freedom again. The grody dregs of the cosmopolitan biased, cultural supremacist corporate mainstream media never did fairly report, if at all, Hillary’s treasonous acts, yet will happily condemn President Donald John Trump for issuing pardons to people who served and protected the United States. Regular people..

Lastly, we really should be thankful, as should Kristian Saucier, Edward Gallagher and Matthew Golsteyn, that President Donald John Trump stomped the still angry, still bitter, still condescending, still tone deaf, the still Trump Derangement Syndrome suffering Hillary Clinton and the unhinged, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left, as he continues to Make America Great Again! Oh my
