Aside from being one of my personal heroes, leaders, and visionaries, such as Major General Nathanael Greene, are sorely missing in the 21st Century United States, with love of country and devout patriotism. Although most people have never heard of him, General Greene was the best general not commonly known throughout American History. Moreover, General George Washington, the commander-in-chief of the Continental Army during the American Revolution, thought General Greene to be his replacement if he should fall in battle. Although not a professional soldier like those of the British Army, or even a select few American officers, General Greene was at first a citizen-soldier from Rhode Island, who learned on the job to become one of General Washington’s most trusted officers. Fewer American patriots contributed more to victory in the Revolutionary War than General Nathanael Greene.
A patriot is defined as, “one who loves and supports his/her country.” As previously stated, patriotism is sorely lacking on both sides of the aisle in the Congress, while partisanship rules the day. While both the Republicans and the Democrats adhere to their own standards, opinions and agendas, the question that must be asked is why does it more than appear that the Democratic Party, which I joined when I was 18, and still belong to, are strongly, forcefully, and are even threatening the stability and safety of the country, wanting to move the country so far left that they endanger the principles of the Constitutional Republic?
It’s now April, 2020, and our country, and also our lively little planet, is facing the COVID-19 virus, or commonly known as the “coronavirus,” which is a silent, communicable virus, that threatens to kill tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands. Now, after working in a bipartisan manner to ratify the $2.2T provisions bill to help support the unemployed, families and both small and large businesses, the orthodox, extremists of the socialist liberal left, lead by Speaker of the House, Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Minority Leader, Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) have once again demonstrated their lack of patriotism by continuously attacking President Donald John Trump and the administration for the manner in which they are addressing the COVID-19 virus. As is their usual strategy, they contradict, demonize, distort and distract from the actions taken by POTUSDJT and the administration. In other words, with their bootlicking lapdogs from the corporate mainstream media, technology industry and the Hollywood trash, they are impeding the steps to limit, and hopefully in a short time, rid the planet of this deadly epidemic. The left cannot pass up a national disaster to move their agenda.
Granted, the Congress and administration were delayed in beginning to address the COVID-19 virus. The administration has acknowledged the virus’ effects on the nation, while the Democrats, in conjunction with the leftist controlled mainstream media, have in a nonstop manner, repeatedly accused the administration as being “out of touch with early warnings from the medical community about the forthcoming horror.
Dr. Anthony Fauci is currently regarded by all facets of the media as a national hero, who is leading the pandemic response, who is being portrayed as the only reason to watch a White House coronavirus presser. However, in January 2020, his public statements essentially mirrored those of the administration. He minimized the virus’ impact and portrayed it as a Chinese issue, asserting that “it’s a very, very low risk to the United States. It isn’t something the American public needs to worry about or be frightened about. Because we have ways of preparing and screening of people coming in [from China].” Moreover, Dr. Fauci is quite possibly an acquaintance of globalist Bill Gates and received major funding from The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation—who also funded the Coronavirus patent holder The Pirbright Institute (UK).
To review, on January 21, 2020, Dr. Fauci stated that it was unclear as to whether the COVID-19 virus could spread from person to person, “Is it a continual spread? Is it sustained? We’re not quite sure yet.” During a January 23, 2020 AMA podcast, Dr. Fauci constantly downplayed the virus’ potential impact on the U.S. Furthermore, he noted that all five cases in the US were travelers from Communist China. He also noted that due to limited testing in Communist China, the number of infections was likely much higher than official counts, meaning that the death rate of the virus was likely much lower than feared. But much to Dr. Fauci’s credit, along with the leaders of President Donald John Trump’s task force, which includes Admiral/Dr. Jerome Adams, US Surgeon General and Dr. Deborah Birx, Coordinator of the United States Government Activities to Combat HIV/AIDS, the medical community has a much clearer understanding of how the virus is a transmitter and has mobilized the Federal Government to work with state governments, who will work with the local municipalities.
On a side note, in January 2020, POTUSDJT stated that his administration was working with an antiquated system and materials were in short supply, because the Obama administration never replenished the N-95 masks used during the H1N1 pandemic and continually sought to cut the CDC’s annual budget throughout his failed tenure. As a matter of fact, Democratic Presidential candidate Uncle Joe “Touchy, Feely” Biden was blaming the current administration for his administration’s failures.
The partisan politics of the socialist liberal left were the other causes of the administration’s delayed response to the COVID-19 pandemic. So, on January 15, 2020, as Pelosi was handing out impeachment pens to her trial managers during a presser, the first carrier of the virus landed in the State of Washington, having arrived from Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the coronavirus.
The Chinese national was tested on January 19, 2020, and was subsequently admitted to an urgent care facility. The next day the test results were positive. Yet, the House impeachment managers, including Representative Jerold Nadler (D-NY), who was out to get POTUSDJT from their time in New York, when Nadler tried to stop Trump construction in Manhattan for over 20 years and that crazy empty Russian infomaniac, Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), began their opening statements for the ridiculous impeachment of President Donald John Trump. He was accused of a quid pro quo with the Ukraine to investigate Biden’s threats to withhold millions from that government if the prosecutor who was investigating the former Vice President and Hunter Biden, wasn’t fired…he was.
As the administration got more information regarding the COVID-19 virus, POTUSDJT and VPOTUSMP authorized the formation of a task force, with the top lead professionals from many aspects of the Federal Government and the medical community. This happened on January 29, 2020. Yet, the very next day, without even acknowledging the formation of the task force, Pelosi kept to her agenda and proudly, and with false bravado and false patriotism, gave her “Impeachment Forever” speech.
On the last day of the first month of the new year, which is turning into a horror, President Donald John Trump declared a national health emergency. He followed that with an executive order restricting travel to and from China. Additionally, he directed that American citizens were mandated to be quarantined for 14 days after arriving from communist China and other countries affected by the virus. Furthermore, POTUSDJT finally closed the borders and was called a xenophob and racist. It was a great move. Yet, on the same last day of the first month of a now turning hideous year, Schumer and Schiff called for votes to allow new witnesses in the impeachment trial.
There were further delays on the part of the House, as the bogus impeachment trial went forward, with witnesses called on by the Democrats who, admittedly, did not have first hand knowledge of the conversation between POTUSDJT and the Ukraine’s President, Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelenskiy. The House GOP were not permitted to call or cross examine any witnesses.
So, as we can clearly see from just the first month of acknowledging, and then finally addressing the COVID-19 virus, Pelosi, and her lapdog Schumer, were more concerned with the esoteric and misleading impeachment trial than working in a bipartisan manner so badly needed. They were more concerned with carrying out their orthodox, extremist, socialist liberal left agenda at the cost of American lives. By the way, Pelosi has repeatedly stated that POTUSDJT and the administration were out of touch with the impact of the COVID-19 virus. Then she needs to be questioned before the Congress as to why on February 28, 2020, during a tour of San Francisco’s Chinatown district, she said, “It’s exciting to be here, especially at this time, to be able to be unified with our community. We want to be vigilant about what might be on a — what is out there in other places. We want to be careful about how we deal with it, but we do want to say to people, come to Chinatown. Here we are. We’re, again, careful, safe and come join us.” Despite the growing concern for the virus, didn’t she willingly and knowingly place American lives in harm’s way?
Lastly, since the $2.2T provision bill was ratified by the Congress, and signed by POTUSDJT, Pelosi is calling for a Congressional review on when POTUSDJT and the administration first knew about the COVID-19 virus and how the funds are being delivered throughout the country, like her daughter’s Kennedy Center’s $25M grant and then furloughing 100 musicians the next day. Moreover, on April 1, 2020, which is April Fools Day, the resident American fool himself, the original empty Russian hunter and national disgrace, Schiff announced that he is working on a bill to investigate President Donald John Trump’s response to the Corona Virus pandemic. Remember, it was Russian collusion twice, nothing, even with the“evidence” that never existed. Impeachment? Meaningless over nothing. By the way, isn’t Schiff the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee? Sure proved his worth once again!
Moreover, Representative Chris Smith (R-NJ) had stated that Communist China misrepresented to the World Health Organization the seriousness of COVID-19, which disregarded the more accurate data from Taiwan in December, 2019, with samples destroyed and doctors punished. The WHO, most likely with draconian Communist China’s permission, declared a public health emergency planetwide on January 30, 2020. Where was Schiff? Nowhere to be found.
The Democrats are trying once again to embarrass POTUSDJT for a number of reasons: -they still cannot accept that lying Hillary lost, -their coup d’etats failed, -the impeachment failed, -and lastly, Joe Biden, Presidential candidate, who is cognitively challenged, has too many gaffes, is touchy-feely (Ick!) and did nothing during his 40 years in Washington politics. But he said that he will fix Washington, despite being a major cause.
So, hopefully General Greene, American patriot, will prove his words true…As for President Donald John Trump, “Great leaders are willing to retire unloved and unpopular as the price for great exertion.” Charles Krauthammer (1950-2018).
