The unfortunate death of Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg just threw another log onto an already rather large stoked fire. This opens up a seat on the Supreme Court of the United States, with the GOP chomping at the bit to fill the seat with a conservative Constitutionalist before the 2020 Presidential Election, while the radical extremists of the socialist liberal left promise to do anything and everything to delay the ratification until they see the results.

President Donald John Trump will exercise his Executive Branch privilege, under Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the “Appointments Clause.” This empowers the POTUS to nominate and, with the confirmation, advise and consent of the United States Senate, to appoint public officials, including justices of the Supreme Court of the United States. This clause is one example of the system of checks and balances inherent in the Constitution. The president has the plenary power to nominate, while the Senate possesses the plenary power to reject or confirm the nominee. Therefore, no matter who POTUSDJT chooses, the candidate will be highly qualified with prior experience on the bench, while Senate Minority Leader, Chuckles Schumer (D-NY) will stand at the Senate podium having a hissy fit and start to cry about the injustice of the appointment. And Chuckles also Tweeted his demand: “This vacancy should not filled until we have a new president.” Chuckles has fired the first salvo in what will prove to be a hateful firefight. As a lifetime NY resident, Chuckles is embarrassing, so no vote for him. But that’s for another day.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), forever the politician, is pushing the Supreme Court nomination through before Election Day. This is also the President’s wishes, as he has learned some hard lessons in the last 3.5 years dealing with the radical, devious, socialist liberal left members of the swamp. Those lessons will serve him well during the next four years.

Moreover, about 100 protesters had gathered outside McConnell’s Louisville home after he said he would push for a Senate vote on filling the seat with the presidential election is less than seven weeks away, the Louisville Courier Journal reported. McConnell said the American people re-elected a GOP majority in the Senate in 2016 and expanded it in 2018 “because we pledged to work with President Trump and support his agenda, particularly his outstanding appointments to the federal judiciary. Once again, we will keep our promise.” As usual, the protesters are adhering to the National Socialist Workers Party’s playbook, where opposition politicians are harassed in their homes, on the street and with their families while eating out.

The unhinged Democrats, who are suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome, have promised to go to the mat to prevent the ratification of each and every candidate that passes muster. Also included in this group is Republican never-Trumpers, like Senators Susan Collins (D-MA). Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) changed her to supporting POTUSDJT’s selection. Shockingly Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT), who has opposed POTUSDJT more often than not, stated that he will support the SCOTUS nominee. Moreover, POTUSDJT has promised to appoint a woman to the SCOTUS. It appears that number one on the firing line is Judge Amy Vivian Coney Barrett. She is an attorney and jurist serving as a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Barrett is the first and only woman to occupy an Indiana seat on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, Barrett is the mother to seven children, two adoptees and a special needs child. The judge has her hands full and is battle tested.

Judge Barrett is more than eminently qualified, and she is a practicing Catholic, which under “The First Amendment” guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. And this presents an issue to those are proponents of “Right to Choose,” which is abortion. However, in the history of the SCOTUS dating back to Justice James Wilson, no Supreme Court has reversed a prior decision handed down.

Justice Wilson was one of the 56 signees of The Declaration of Independence. He was a leading legal theorist. Judge Wilson was one of the six original justices appointed by President George Washington to the Supreme Court of The United States, and in his capacity as first Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania, he taught the first course on the new Constitution to President Washington and his cabinet in 1789 and 1790.

It’s a sure fire guarantee that the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee are going to loose their bloody minds. During the televised ratifications for Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the Democrats had numerous women falsely accuse him of rape throughout college. There were three televised accusations that went unsupported by witnesses for the accusers. Hell, as he was on the path to being a disgraced and disbarred attorney, Michael Avenatti tried to get his piece of the pie. The Democrats devised a devious plan to destroy a good man in Justice Kavanaugh and embarrass President Donald John Trump. We saw Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA)conceal months old information that she attempted to use from out in left field. However, the “Best Showman” award goes to Senator Spartacus Booker (D-NJ) and current VPOTUS candidate, Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) for their daily televised embarrassing exhibitions, as they screamed, pointed fingers and constantly interrupted Justice Kavanaugh. Spartacus demanded attention as he slammed down whatever he was holding and would leave. Kamala would then rail on in an extremely unhinged, unprofessional manner. And let’s not forget how Harris moved up in her career. What a role model.

And it’s a safe bet that if Judge Barrett is the choice, she will be facing hours of hideous interrogation, without any physical abuse of course, but verbal abuse that would rival The Geheime Staatspolizei, better known as The Gestapo, which was Nazi Germany’s secret state police. Just think of stress that she will be under. Since the Democrats on the Judicial Committee attempted to play the rape card with Justice Kavanaugh, it’s highly unlikely that they will try to attack Judge Barrett in a similar manner. But with the unhinged, radical socialist liberal Democrats, one never knows, does one?

In 1960, when John F. Kennedy was elected the 35th President of the United States, and the first Catholic, member of the Congress were stating that the Pope would be running the country, which was just a plain stupid anti-religion stance similar to today.

It’s quite obvious that the ratification vote to fill the empty seat will be heated and the vote will not be by the Senate rules of a 2/3 majority carrying the day. However, and it’s a big “However,” the people of the United States must thank the former US Senator from Nevada, the ninnyhammer of ninnyhammers, the one and only Harry Reid (D), for pushing the “nuclear option” on his fellow Senators. In 2013, when Reid was the Senate Majority Leader, he shoved the simple majority concept down the throats of the Senate. Now, as his former Democratic National People’s Socialist Party colleagues will attempt filibuster the appointment of Judge Amy Barrett, or whomever President Donald John Trump choose, who as previously stated, is serving as a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. As it stands right now, the Republicans have the majority in the Senate. So, the Democratic side of the aisle can filibuster until the cows come home. Especially with the use of Reid’s “Nuclear Option.”

Now, imagine that Chuckles Schumer will be standing before the media, along with his puppeteer, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), demanding that President Donald John Trump replace Justice Ginsberg after the 2020 Presidential Election, as opposed to a few years ago when he “requested” a more “moderate” candidate to replace the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. It’s always amazing to see Chuckles in a position where he can earn a dramatic or comedic Oscar for the way he carries on when he is “faux angry,” in addition to placating his liberal alt-left constituents. Nevertheless, there is always a twinge of arrogance in his voice and mannerisms.

Lastly, as Obama’s second term was mercifully coming to an inglorious conclusion, the former POTUS attempted to slide through Judge Merrick Brian Garland, who is still the Chief Judge of the United States Count of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. It is quite possible that during the time frame from which Judge Garland was nominated, there may not have ample time to properly vet him, who may have been a good choice as a “moderate.” Congressional members of the Democratic National People’s Socialist Party were fit to be tied and stood before their bootlicking troglodytes of the corporate mainstream media and let everyone know of their anger. This is quite possible, considering that Judge Garland would have been a key, lifetime, component of Obama’s legacy, which by the way, continues to be melting faster than an ice cream cone in a microwave oven.

Moreover, as for upcoming candidacy for the open seat on the SCOTUS, there are three distinct possibilities as for the reasons the unhinged, radical, extremist, socialist left side of the aisle is attempting to delay the ratification of President Donald John Trump’s candidate, whomever it will be, but will fail just the same: 1-They want payback for what happened to Judge Garland and his failed candidacy; 2-They want to assure themselves of the possibility having a candidate that they choose for “Hidin’Joe” Biden should he upset POTUSDJT. This is to balance the SCOTUS in order to politicize the bench, which should not be. They are again thinking of Roe v Wade being overturned, which as previously stated, has not happened in American History. 3-Simply stated, the left despises/hates/loathes and has threatened President Donald John Trump. They will do anything and everything to damage not only his administration, but in the process, inflict damage on the country and place us in harm’s way of terrorism, like crashing a plane full of passengers in order to kill the pilot.

Pelosi, blinded by pure hatred, has refused to rule out impeachment hearings once again targeting POTUSDJT or even impeaching USAG William Barr. This will only serve to tie up the Senate in order to block the ratification of a Trump candidate to succeed Ginsburg. Pelosi stated what she was wanting to do when asked by ABC News’ George Stephanopolous, who remains a shill for the Democrats and the Clintons, who refuse to to go away…far away! Finally, Pelosi quite obviously doesn’t know the law…you can’t impeach the POTUS for making a nomination! Idiot!

If one looks back a few months, the Democrats lead by Pelosi, Representatives Adam “The Great Russian Hunter” Schiff ((D-NY) and Jerold “Antifa is a myth” Nadler (D-NY) attempted to impeach POTUSDJT over bogus accusations from former Lt. Colonel Alex Vindman, who was a whistleblower three times removed when he accused POTUSDJT of quid pro quo with the President of The Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. Vindman never heard the conversation between POTUSDJT and Zelensky, while there was a plethora of people from both sides listening to the conversation. After wasting thousands of hours and wasting millions of tax payer dollars, there was nothing. And those fools absolutely ignored the invasion of the Wuhan COVID-19 pandemic. This was another failed attempt to remove a duly elected President, similar to banana republics.

Since Pelosi has delusions of grandeur, it would be an abuse of power to use an impeachment to simply block POTUSDJT from filling a vacancy on the SCOTUS. On the flip side, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) pointed out that is not unprecedented for POTUS’s to make election-year nominations to the SCOTUS. “Twenty-nine times there has been a vacancy in a presidential election year. Now, presidents have made nominations all twenty-nine times. That’s what presidents do. If there’s a vacancy, they make a nomination. ” Think Obama and Garland!

This also is a prime example of the progressive socialists having a never ending temper tantrum, with promised revenge (my words) because their unqualified and soon to be subpoenaed candidate (quid pro quo with The Ukraine and the Biden syndicate making major coin from the Communist Chinese Republic) is suffering from the onset of dementia and is sequestered in his basement. And don’t forget that the unprepossessing radicals of the socialist liberal left still have not gotten over the fact that their carpetbagging scoundrel, the chosen one from 2016, got absolutely stomped. And she has returned like the monster who repeatedly returns to terrorize the villagers. So, along with their stupid, infantile hissy fits, they are paralyzing and polarizing the country.

The career politicians of the Washington Swamp scream impeachment. The self-centered, hypocritical elites of the entertainment industry demand impeachment. The unprepossessing dregs of the cosmopolitan biased, cultural supremacist corporate mainstream media cry for impeachment. The Deep State encourages impeachment. They hate the idea of POTUSDJT winning a second term.

“Hidin’Joe” Biden stated that appointing Judge Coney Barrett is unconstitutional. Of course POTUSDJT has the right to appoint to the Supreme Court.He’s either lying or doesn’t know what he’s talking about!

Pelosi ,along with Sandy Ocasio-Cortez, had actually threatened to impeach President Donald John Trump if he moved forward with a Supreme Court nominee. Cryin’ Chuckles Schumer continues to threaten to pack the Court if the Democrats win back the Senate Majority. And when President Donald John Trump’s judicial selection is ratified, each and every member of the unhinged, radical left should thank Harry Reid for rewriting the Senate’s 2/3 rules on voting…”THE NUCLEAR OPTION.” Remember, you cannot fix stupid.
