New Biden Crises: DACA & Immigration

From the nanosecond “Bumblin’Joe” Biden was unfortunately, and as the evidence is beginning to show, fraudulently, sworn in as POTUS, the total amount of illegal aliens illegally crossing the southern border has skyrocketed. Remember, that clusterfuck as leader of the country, and the free world, initiated the overwhelming incursion of illegal aliens. To that end, Custom and Border Protection has reported that illegal alien arrests rose to nearly 190,000 in June, the highest in 21 years, despite the Biden administration’s insistence that the border surge this year has been as a result of climate change. CLIMATE CHANGE? The Biden administration also insists that the border surge this year has been a seasonal issue. And there are fools who actually believe that nonsense. There are projections that BCP and ICE could eventually encounter nearly 1.7M illegal aliens who are seeking to enter the United States illegally by the end of 2021. The blame falls squarely at the feet of the Biden administration’s “open border” policies and gross incompetence by his “Border Czar,” who is not qualified for the job of VPOTUS. The orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left want the illegals in the country in order to establish a larger voting base, while offering them entitlements not available to American citizens, who foot the billions of dollars.

The projected numbers come after federal immigration officials announced they had apprehended 188,829 people illegally crossing the southwest border in June, up from 180,034 in May. The figure includes more than 15,000 unaccompanied minors, over 55,000 family units, and over 117,000 single adults. The only means by which these numbers were attained was by a deliberate policy of holding the “border open.” Remember, these aforementioned numbers did not exist under the immigration policies of President Donald John Trump. The borders were secure.

And let’s not forget about the marked increase of sex trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering and drug trafficking to name a few. The opioid being made available is 50 times more potent than the heroin that has been smuggled into the country at record rates since the beginning of fiscal year 2021. So far this year, more than 5,500 pounds of fentanyl have been caught by CBP. This has been an increase from around 4,700 pounds in all of 2020. The lack of border security enforcement and increased demand for the drug have been pointed as reasons for the surge. During fiscal year 2020, opioid deaths in the US numbered more than 87,000 and have already risen 60 percent in fiscal year 2021. The ultimate failure of the Biden administration’s open border is that the Mexican cartels have not been the only foreign entities profiting from the illegal trade. The DEA has reported that the fentanyl manufactured in Mexico is using chemicals from China. And let’s not forget that Biden’s heart and wallet belong to Beijing.

In June 2020, we found Washington DC, AKA “The Swamp,” in a state of shock after the conservative leaning Supreme Court ruled 5-4 against the Trump administration’s request to terminate the DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program. Chief Justice John Roberts was the deciding vote as he politicized the SCOTUS. That decision on Obama’s radical and unconstitutional DACA immigration program was a highly political one, and seemingly, not based on the law in no way shape or form. Only Congress can amend the law, not the POTUS nor the courts. One cannot help but conclude that this decision was driven more by politics than the rule of law. Interestingly, Justice Roberts was nominated by President George W. Bush (R) in 2005. A fascinating ruling by the Chief Justice. The Congress from both sides of the aisle offered their opinions of the ruling.

During that time period, the orthodox, extremists of the socialist liberal left were dancing in the aisles, with former Senate Minority Leader, and Majority Leader, Chuckles Schumer (D-NY) being quoted “Madam President(Pelosi) I cried tears of joy a few minutes ago when I heard the decision of the Supreme Court on DACA.” He must have been going through some hormonal changes in that he loves to cry, especially during pressers, being so priggish. Remember, in January, 2017, Chuckles was crying during a presser regarding President Donald John Trump’s Executive Order focusing on the immigration ban, from countries that were originally banned by the Obama administration, without any pushback. Double standards!! POTUSDJT wanted to know who Chuckles’ acting coach was. On a personal note, and as a New Yorker, Chuckles will not get my vote when he’s up for re-election. Chuckles is nothing more than a two bit, second rate, blowhard, hack politician. He’s one major example for term limits.

At the time, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was also thrilled with the ruling during a presser. She argued the decision fell in line with Democrat values.“The Supreme Court decision, upholding President Obama’s wonderful action to support our Dreamers, is something that supports our values as a country,” she stated. Again, the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left demonstrated they cared more for illegal immigrants who broke the law by illegally entering the United States.

Moving forward to July, 2021, a U.S. judge in Texas blocked any new applications for the DACA program, but said the hundreds of thousands of people already enrolled would not be affected until further court rulings. U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen sided with a group of states suing to the program, arguing it was illegally created by Obama in 2012. Hanen found the program violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) when it was created but said that since there were so many people currently enrolled in the program – nearly 650,000 – his ruling would be temporarily stayed for their cases until further court rulings in the case.

Biden had issued an Executive Order on his first day in office directing the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security to take “all actions he deems appropriate” to “preserve and fortify” the program, which POTUSDJT tried to end. But nothing more about border security!

As for Obama, his illegal end run around The Congress will be cited later on…and don’t forget that each of the last seven or so POTUS’s promised immigration reform and came up short. Even Obama failed, big time, despite having full control of The Congress.

Stepping back to January 2018, President Donald John Trump had Tweeted these very prophetic words: “I have offered DACA a wonderful deal, including a doubling in the number of recipients and a twelve year pathway to citizenship, for two reasons: (1) Because the Republicans want to fix a long term terrible problem. (2)To show that the Democrats do not want to solve DACA, only use it!”

Once again POTUSDJT was right on target. as Pelosi and Chuckles originally wanted 800,00 DACA recipients. President Donald John Trump proposed doubling the number to 1.6M, which the extremists of the socialist liberal left swiftly and coldly turned down. It would be a win for President Donald John Trump, which is a leftist no-no!

One of the promises made during the 2016 Presidential Campaign was immigration reform. POTUSDJT was called a Nazi, anti-Semite, xenophobe and a white supremacist, amongst other things, yet he was taking a centrist Democratic position when addressing, and developing, a plan for comprehensive immigration reform. Since Obama circumvented The Congress, and issued the flawed and illegal DACA Executive Order, both sides of the aisle pointed fingers at which side of the aisle is responsible for failing to revise immigration, even with passing an expired deadline imposed by POTUSDJT.

Currently, the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left continue to state their support for immigration reform, but only on their terms for the same 800K Dreamers from years ago. As previously stated, POTUSDJT was called a white supremacist, Nazi and racist, and yet it was POTUSDJT who wanted to more than double the number of Dreamers from the Obama administration, and who could, in 12 years, be on a path towards citizenship. POTUSDJT had offered the following plan, which was shot down by the orthodox, radical extremists of the socialist liberal left:

1-Affording 1.8M Dreamers a pathway to American citizenship, but not just given as the amnesty being demanded by the extremist far left.

2-Ending the visa lottery.

3-Phasing out the end chain migration.

4-Merit based entry into the US., as does Canada with a merit based system.

5-Building the Southern Border wall, where illegal crossings are down 87%.

6-Increasing the border patrol.

7-End of sanctuary cities.

Therefore, offering an avenue for citizenship to The Dreamers, with the expected bipartisan compromises simply were not good enough for Pelosi and Chuckles, who both demanded everything under the Sun, without offering anything so much as a compromise. So Pelosi and Chuckles continue to be the prime examples, and having plenty of company from both sides, for term limits, as they both demonstrated, once again, how delusional and out of touch they are with reality.

As is the standard operating procedure for the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal liberal left, they repeatedly play the race card, victim card and planned divisiveness. Pelosi remains bizarre and out of touch each time she flaps her lips. She knows that immigrants who have entered the United Stated illegally, equal future votes. Term limits. Term limits. Again, the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left have no message or immigration reform of consequence to offer. The public will see how ineffective they are, when there will only be statements of resistance and obstruction, which only hurts their illegal “constituents.”And what about the legal immigrants who are spending a fortune and following immigration laws to get working papers, a green card and citizenship? They get passed over.

As usual, the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left prefer to kowtow and support illegal aliens, with a plethora of entitlements, rather than support American citizens. What is never addressed, or reported by the bootlicking dregs of the cosmopolitan biased, cultural supremacist corporate mainstream media, is that employment within the Black community takes a major hit as illegal aliens flood the country. As a matter of fact, 80%+ of the Black community still favors strengthening immigration reform. Before the draconian Chinese Communist government unleashed the COVID-19 pandemic, unemployment numbers for Blacks, Hispanics and Asians were at record low numbers because of President Donald John Trump. The illegal immigrants, through the likes of Pelosi and Chuckles, are demanding rights that they are not entitled to, yet POTUSDJT had extended the means to citizenship that didn’t exist in the extremist liberal leftist establishment, who view only numbers and votes.

Nevertheless, how ironic and ridiculous is it to allow people, who are in the country illegally, onto our streets and screaming at us on television news about their rights, supported by the radical, orthodox extremist groups and politicians. The illegal immigrants that are here are not American citizens, but are being offered a pathway to citizenship or permanent status. They must be accountable like anyone else, in terms of paying taxes and following the law. If an illegal does break the law, they forfeit all advantages coming their way and face deportation.

During the summer of 2020, as New York City was being burned, trashed, ransacked and burglarized by the “peaceful protesters,” who were throwing concrete filled items at the NYPD, who attempted to throw Moloktov cocktails at the NYPD and who also injured a plethora of the members of the NYPD, Mayor Putz,William Wilhelm, Jr. AKA DeBlasio, threw his police officers under the bus. Zero support. Interestingly, a percentage of those miscreants arrested were Dreamers, illegals in other words. The radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left continued to show more hypocrisy anti-law enforcement than ever before.

As for Obama and the illegal manner in which he went around The Congress with Executive Orders:

During Obama’s first term in the White House, the Democrats controlled The Congress. In 2010, The Congress declined to ratify the DREAM Act, which would have permitted lawful resident status for illegal aliens who had arrived in this country as minors. In September, 2011, Obama was pressured by illegal alien advocates to implement the DREAM Act “on his own.” Shockingly, Obama responded: “I just have to continue to say that this notion that somehow I can just change the laws unilaterally is just not true.” Well, in June 2012,  Obama did what he had insisted he could not do nine months earlier, by independently instituting DACA, under which illegal alien “Dreamers” could apply for a two-year deferral of any action to deport them, along with employment authorization documents.

Obama did an end around The Congress and the Constitution, which he did many times during his tenure, with the signing of multiple Executive Orders regarding illegal immigration. Under Constitutional law, the Legislative Branch of the Federal Government is the ONLY branch that can pass laws. The POTUS signs any legislation passed by both the House of Representatives and the Senate. He skirted Congress. The POTUS cannot usurp the laws of the Constitutional Republic. The Congress, in 2013, once again declined to enact an immigration bill supported by Obama, a so-called “comprehensive immigration reform” that would have given legal status to more than 11 million illegal aliens, including the Dreamers.

In November 2013, while responding to an illegal alien’s insistence that the POTUS had the power to issue an executive order stopping deportations, he once again, and correctly stated: “Actually, I don’t. … if in fact I could solve all these problems without passing laws through Congress, then I would do so. But we’re also a nation of laws.” Essentially he repeated his response to the prior challenge.

On November 19, 2014, Obama did what one year before he insisted he hadn’t the power to do, permitting approximately 4 million illegal aliens, who are the parents of U.S. citizens, and legal permanent residents, to request a three-year deportment stay, along with employment authorization documents. He also extended the stay of DACA beneficiaries by three years and expanded the number of illegal aliens eligible for DACA by about 200,000. He extended an illegal action. 

So, at each turn, Obama ignored Constitutional law to benefit illegal alien immigrants and put the squeeze on American citizens. It was quite obvious that he was acting as the neighborhood organizer, just as he was trained for in Chicago, serving and inciting his constituents. Now, as opposed to past POTUS’ who essentially kept a low profile and would not publicly criticize any successor (s), Obama had attacked POTUSDJT. Regarding the cessation of his unconstitutional DACA program, Obama had said the beneficiaries of his program will be forced back into the shadows as the result of the Trump administration’s “cruel” decision to end the immigration program. He said that 800,000 young people, illegals, stepped forward, met rigorous requirements, and went through background checks. What he failed to mention was that he circumvented The Congress, nonstop.

Throughout his tenure, President Donald John Trump had maintained that the Democrats were never interested in Border Safety and Security, or in the funding and rebuilding the Military since he defeated the money laundering scoundrel Hillary Clinton. Their only interest is “Obstruction.” The radical , orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left obstructed his administration so they were able to add to an empty political agenda to use when the 2020 election arrived. The party of nothing continues to put nothing on the table. And don’t forget that “Dementia” Joe was Obama’s VPOTUS and definitely had his fingers in the DACA cake. If he remembers.

Biden is bending so far to the left to appease the radical, orthodox extremists who want open borders, free health care for illegals, cut down on the deportation of illegals, especially illegal criminals. The influx of illegals are driving down the wages in lower socioeconomic areas, driving up the cost of medical care, crowding schools and will assist criminal organizations to fatten their wallets. Biden, under control from the aforementioned left is attempting to fundamentally change the United States, as is Obama’s wish.

POTUSDJT has/had promised a road to citizenship for Dreamers. The left wants the same thing, but does not offer a working bipartisan solution. Immigration agents have been informed by the Biden administration to be ready to process hundreds of thousands of migrant families and asylum claims in the coming months, The Washington Free Beacon is reporting. The “asylum” seekers are coming here for the entitlements only!

And it all begins at the open borders, thanks to a weak Biden and his unqualified VPOTUS, who desire to flip the Constitutional Republic into a socialist failure…see Cuba and Venezuela as prime examples.
