Just think about this…should Title 42 be overturned, it is estimated that over 18,000 illegal aliens will cross the border EACH DAY! Then say adios to American sovereignty! And let’s not forget that in 2009, Senator Chuckles Schumer(D-NY) pushed building the southern border wall. Now, Schumer is pushing for the illegal aliens to be granted citizenship and/or amnesty for over two million. That’s insane and not one Democrat is speaking out against it! Insane!
The Biden Administration has created the worst border crisis our country has ever seen! From the moment Biden took office, he opened the border and initiated the influx of illegal immigration and drug smuggling that has spiked to record highs. There have been more than 5 MILLION illegal alien crossings, with 98 known or suspected terrorists who have crossed into America compared to the 14 during the entire Trump Administration. Moreover, 61% of Americans believe that drug cartels have more control over the southern border than the government. To make matters worse, as the Biden Administration lies and deflects, they maintain there is no border crisis, and when they are continually confronted about it, they blame others for the problem they created. And neither DementiaJoe nor his “border czar” have come close to visiting the southern border, whether we are talking about Texas, Arizona or California, Harris’ home state.
The FBI and DHS are of different opinions on the question of the security of the US southern border, judging by testimony before the House Committee on Homeland Security. During a House Judiciary Committee hearing, DHS Alejandro Mayorkas continued to maintain the administration’s position that the border is safe and secure. Mayorkas stated: “Yes, and we are working day in and day out to enhance security.” Conversely, FBI Director Christopher Wray stated: “What I would say is that we see significant criminal threats coming from south of the border — whether it’s guns, drugs, money, violence.” Wray continued, “We see transnational criminal organizations that are sending their drugs here and that are using street gangs here to distribute it. And that contributes to the violent crime crisis here.” Wray went on to say that Phoenix is experiencing a spike in crime. “You know, in Phoenix, we had to take down, working with CBP, who are phenomenal partners, I should add, where we seized in one vehicle interdiction enough fentanyl to kill the equivalent of the entire state of Pennsylvania,” Wray said. Interesting that Wray actually called the border problem correctly.
So, it obvious that DementiaJoe, Harris and Mayorkas are oblivious to what is going on at the southern border. They should all be impeached for failing to protect American citizens and failing to address the trafficking at the border.
The New York Post reported that New York City will spend at least $596 million a year to provide shelter, education, health care and legal aid to thousands of asylum seekers who’ve arrived in recent months, its Independent Budget Office recently said. It’s really pathetic that the city government has not put such effort, and funding, into addressing the homeless problem, mass transit or the spiking crime rates. Once again, the American taxpayer is ignored! Gee, what a shock! But legal aid to illegals? How absurd is that???
As the illegal alien invasion crisis rages at the southern border with Mexico, the Biden administration continues to skate in the sand despite whatever perceived and weak “actions” they portend to do. Therefore, Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Chris Magnus submitted a letter of resignation just one day after he said he was staying. The “request” from DHS Secretary Mayorkos on that he leave or get fired. And Mayorkas should follow Magnus out the door. Furthermore, overworked and underpaid CBP officers saw Magnus’ appointment as just another slap in the face.
“The Biden administration found their fall guy for the chaos at the border,” Senator Ted Cruz(R-TX), told Fox News Digital. “Responsibility for the border crisis lies with Joe Biden and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and real accountability starts with Mayorkas being impeached. Every moment the border continues to remain open only heightens the present humanitarian and national security crisis.”
It’s obvious that the Biden administration was looking for a scapegoat for the humanitarian disaster at the southwest border it helped create. In January 2021, SleepyJoe inherited what Rodney Scott, his first Border Patrol chief, described in September 2021 as “arguably the most effective border security in” US history. Conversely, Biden quickly allowed it to “disintegrate” as “inexperienced political appointees” ignored “common sense border security recommendations from experienced career professionals,” such as Tom Homan, who was a career law enforcement officer and served during the Trump administration as Acting Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from January 30, 2017 to June 29, 2018. He has been a constant critic of the failing border policies of the Biden administration. The same failures from the Obama administration are planted in the Biden administration.
As reported by the Associated Press, a record number of migrant encounters have been logged at the US southern border, hitting more than 2 million for the first time in August. This is a benchmark that’s twice as high as 2019, the highest level during the Trump administration. Some 2.38 million illegal aliens were stopped at the southern border in the fiscal year 2022 that ended Sept. 30, a 37% increase from the year before, the AP said.
As has been sporadically reported, CBP officers do preform miracles in regards to saving the lives of illegal aliens as they attempt to illegally cross the border, whether wading through the Rio Grande, walking through the rough Mexican-Texas terrain or smuggled in by car or truck. CBP officers rescued 13 illegal immigrants who were locked in a U-Haul truck without oxygen. It was one of a number of rescues made by both men and women in green. CBP said the agents in the El Paso Sector located the migrants, all from Mexico, in a box truck. They were being smuggled without access to oxygen and were locked inside. And just try to imagine the bucks the cartels are raking in!
CBP officials stated that the illegal aliens were all uninjured and did not need any additional medical attention. As a whole, they were later expelled under the Title 42 public health order, which allows for the rapid expulsion of migrants from the U.S. due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Biden administration has been moving to end Title 42 but has so far been blocked by court order. And then what happens?
Additional reports from CBP has September 2022 tagged as the third-highest month of border encounters under failing Biden administration, with 227,547 stops recorded by officials. Moreover, there was an 11.5% increase in border stops from August 2022 and an 18.5% increase from September 2021, customs officials said. And no one from the administration has done anything to quell the invasion of illegal aliens.
The border issue started really becoming a problem after Obama took office in 2009 but was stopped during the administration of former President Donald John Trump, and became a bigger problem when Biden took office, reversing Trump’s immigration policies and refusing to keep building the wall. This lead to major increases in weapons trafficking, sex trafficking, human trafficking and drug trafficking, specifically fentanyl and methamphetamine. And the supporters of the illegal immigrants constantly bring up the separation of families. Well, they forget that immigration laws were broken and they are not citizens, without any Constitutional rights. On the flip side, what about American citizens who are incarcerated? Aren’t they separated from their families?
Remember that one of Obama’s goals was to “fundamentally change” the country. And by employing a divisive, deceptive and deceitful approach, JihadBarry seems to have gotten his wish through the indoctrination of America’s youth throughout their school years…”hate America…everything about America is wrong…America is inherently corrupt and racist…America is an imperialist state…American History is a lie.” And one additional path to that change was to flood the country with illegals with a short path towards citizenship…but socialism is their way.
And forget about the hypocritical phonies in the Democratic run sanctuary cities. The mayors are complaining about the numbers of illegal aliens received, without any funding from the Biden administration. Interestingly, the Democratic mayor of El Paso was directed to stop sending buses out of Texas, with the Democratic Party shortchanging the people of that city.
By the way, what is surprising and not well known, is that the Democratic Members of Congress, and their supporters, pushed for the construction of border walls during the Obama/Biden administration. During the Obama/Biden Administration’s first term, and at their administration’s urging, Congress passed the Secure Fence Act of 2011. And during the Obama/Biden Administration, the U.S. Government built 650 miles of fencing, of the wall, between the U.S. And Mexico. There was also the Secure Fence Act of 2006. Conversely, the Trump Administration had only built 400 miles of the wall before being stopped by lower circuit courts. And let’s not forget the wasted money as the wall materials sit and rust! The Democrats swept this under the rug!
As reported by Fox News’ Timothy Nerozzi, Governor Greg Abbott(R-TX) announced: “I invoked the Invasion Clauses of the U.S. & Texas Constitutions to fully authorize Texas to take unprecedented measures to defend our state against an invasion,” via social media. He continued: “I’m using that constitutional authority, and other authorization and Executive Orders to keep our state and country safe.” The governor included a list of intended actions he claims are covered by the clause, including the activation of National Guard and Texas Department of Public Safety personnel to safeguard the border and turn back would-be migrants from illegally crossing the border.
The “invasion clause” referenced by Abbott refers to Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution, which states the US “shall guarantee every state in this Union a republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion.” The Texas Constitution’s Article 4, Section 7 also states that the governor, as commander in chief of military forces, “shall have power to call forth the militia to execute the laws of the State, to suppress insurrections, and to repel invasions.” And the indoctrinated, orthodox, radical extremists of the socialist, progressive left and the bootlicking dregs of the corporate mainstream media have absolutely refused to call the situation at the southern border for what it is…an invasion!
Outnumbered” co-host Kayleigh McEnany said residents near the border are now hiring armed guards to protect their property as DementiaJoe, Harris and Mayorkas continue to gaslight the public!
Here is a sampling of the necessary steps Abbott is prepared to employ:
-Deploy the National Guard to safeguard the border, and to repel and turn back immigrants trying to cross the border illegally.
-Deploy the Texas Dept. of Public Safety (DPS) to arrest and return immigrants to the border who crossed illegally, and to arrest illegal immigrants for criminal activity.
-Build a wall in multiple counties on the border.
-Deploy gun boats.
-Designate Mexican drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.
-Enter into a compact with other states to secure the border.
-Enter into agreements with foreign powers to enhance border security.
-Provide resources for border counties to increase their efforts to respond to the “border invasion.”
-And of course, there will be some liberal progressive groups that will attempt to block Texas from stopping the invasion.
Immigration experts say that Biden and Mayorkas are overwhelmingly to blame for the current immigration crisis. “Mayorkas has eviscerated our interior immigration enforcement apparatus—meaning that once an illegal alien enters our country, they become virtually impossible to remove,” said Matthew Tragesser at the Federation for American Immigration Reform. But let’s not forget about the worst and least effective VPOTUS in American History, the border czar herself, Kamala Harris. What a dysfunctional administration! Well, you know the old saying, “You can’t fix stupid!”
