Centuries of A Shameful Agenda

“From the beginning, the Democratic Party has always been the party of segregation.” Dr. Carol Swain, 1776 Project & Distinguished Senior Fellow for The Texas Public Policy Fountain.

“If they don’t vote for me!!”

If one studies and researches American History, especially those who favor the Democratic Party’s history, will be enlightened to find that it’s their party that has subscribed to the philosophy and agenda of systemic racism and oppression dating back to the signing of the Declaration of Independence. From the nanosecond that the representatives of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, lead by Edward Rutledge(SC), signed that incredible declaration after pushing Thomas Jefferson to scratch out the slavery clause or they would vote against it. So, that “particular institution” was on the brink, although it took “four score & seven years ago (87)” to have President Abraham Lincoln, through an Executive Order…The Emancipation Proclamation…to order the ending of institutionalized slavery in the United States on January 1, 1863.

Senator Charles Sumner(R-MA) Representative Preston Brooks(D-SC)

As for the original states of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, they became the first Southern Democrats, developing into “Dixiecrats,” who argued against the Radical Republicans’ supporting Reconstruction and later fought against the laws that were passed in support of the freed slaves. And let’s not fail to recognize the assault on Senator Charles Sumner (R-MA) by Representative Preston Brooks (D-SC) on the floor of the Senate on May 22, 1856. Brooks was a pro-slavery Democrat, who used a walking cane to beat Senator Sumner, an abolitionist Republican. The attack was in retaliation for a speech given by Sumner two days earlier in which he fiercely criticized slaveholders, including pro-slavery Senator Andrew Butler(D-SC), a cousin of Brooks. Sumner called Butler: “A pimp for slavery.” The beating nearly killed Sumner and contributed significantly to the country’s division over the slavery issue. This incident could be considered the symbolic start of the “breakdown of reasoned discourse”and the use of violence in an attempt to get the Democratic message across, which is still acceptable today…(see Auntie Maxine encouraging violence against Republicans.) And here were two Democratic members of The Congress ardently supporting slavery.

Representative Fernando Wood (D-NY)

In January 1865, President Lincoln, and the Republicans in The Congress, along with a rather small smattering of Democrats, ratified the Thirteenth Amendment, which officially ended slavery. There was tremendous debate and pushback regarding that amendment, lead by Representative Fernando Wood (D-NY), who was also a two term mayor of New York City. Wood was very clear with his threat that if the amendment was approved, NYC would secede from the Union…which never happened. As for the ratification of the 14th and 15th amendments, not one single Democrat voted in favor.

During the Reconstruction period(1865-1877), there was a “Redemption” movement in the south lead by the Dixiecrats, referred to as “Redeemers.” They sought to regain their political power and enforce white supremacy throughout the south. Their policy of “Redemption” was intended to oust the Radical Republicans, which was a coalition of freed Blacks, carpetbaggers and scalawags. The “Redeemers” were generally were led by white “volunteers” who would act as a “home guard,” as they dominated Southern politics in most areas from the 1870s to 1910. This “home guard” included the Ku Klux Klan, The White League, The Red Shirts and The Knights of The White Camelia. Northerners who came to the South to serve in the social and economic programs of Reconstruction were referred to as “carpetbaggers,” while White Southerners who supported Reconstruction policies and efforts were known as “scalawags.”And were targeted by the “home guard!”

In the 1870s, as the Southern Democrats began to gather more political power, former Confederate Whites began to vote again. It was a movement that gathered energy up until the “Compromise of 1877,” during the Redemption. White Democratic Southerners saw themselves as redeeming the South by regaining power.

During the Reconstruction Era, the South was under occupation by the Federal Army and Navy, while Southern state governments were dominated by Republicans, elected largely by freedmen and allies. Republicans nationally pressed for the granting of political rights to the newly-freed slaves as the key to their becoming full citizens and the votes they would cast for the party. The aforementioned 13th Amendment (banning slavery), 14th Amendment (guaranteeing the civil rights of former slaves and ensuring equal protection under the law) and the 15th Amendment (prohibiting the denial of the right to vote on grounds of race, color, or previous condition of servitude) were supported by the Republican Party. And look at the voting nonsense the Democrats pulled in Georgia during the 2022 midterms.

By 1875, Republicans, both duly elected Black and White members of the Congress, had worked together to pass over two dozen civil rights bills.  Unfortunately, their dynamic and visionary work came to a horrible end in 1876 when the Democratic Party took control of the Congress. In response to the 15th Amendment, and in order to prevent Blacks from voting, Southern Democrats devised nearly a dozen sketchy schemes, like requiring literacy tests, misleading election procedures, redrawing election lines, changing polling locations, creating white-only primaries, and even rewriting state laws. It’s ironic that today’s unhinged, authoritarian, orthodox, socialist Democratic extremists are accusing current day Republicans of the hideous things they employed, and still do, to keep their control of Blacks in all parts of the country.

As World War II was coming to a close, The Congress began drafting the GI Bill in 1944 that Southern Democrats feared that returning Black veterans would use public sympathy for veterans to advocate against Jim Crow to make sure the GI Bill largely benefited white people. The Southern Democrats drew on tactics they had previously used to ensure that the New Deal helped as few Black people as possible.

Representative John Rankin(D-MS)

As the law was being drafted, the Chairman of the House Veterans Committee, Representative John Rankin(D-MS) (1882-1960), was adamant and insisted that the program be administered by individual states instead of the Federal government. And Rankin got his way, while being known for his ardent racism: He defended segregation, opposed interracial marriage, and had even proposed legislation to confine, then deport, every person with Japanese heritage during World War II. This is another portion of the Democrats’ history that they should be ashamed of.

Throughout the course of his long, and largely career of nothingness, Biden continues to the carry standard of systemic Democratic racism.

The bootlicking dregs of the corporate mainstream media remain thrilled to excuse and forget Biden’s blunders, gaffes, failures and quotes:

• Biden who said: “That if a Black man didn’t vote for him, he wasn’t truly Black.”

• Biden who said: “Black people are a monolithic community.

• Biden who said, in all earnestness: “Poor kids are just as smart as white kids.”

• Biden who said: “If my opponent wins, they’re gonna put y’all back in chains.”

• Biden who said: “Unless we do something about this, “My children are going to grow up in a jungle.”

• Biden who said: “You cannot go into a 7-11 or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I am not joking!”

• Biden who said: “We (Delawareans) were on the South’s side during the Civil War.” (Delaware was considered a “border” state, who was spilt between The Union and The Confederacy.) Putz doesn’t know his history, which is typical of a Democrat.

• Biden who said: “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American(Obama) who is articulate, bright and clean.”

-Biden made a happy occasion awkward after telling a White House guest to “hush up, boy” during an event marking the Islamic holiday Eid al-Fitr.

In 1986, Biden co-authored “The Anti-Drug Abuse Act,” which allowed judges to sentence first-time felons to life imprisonment for drug offenses exceeding 5 kilograms of cocaine. Previously, a person could not be sentenced to more than 20 years for cocaine offenses. Biden was later praised by his Democratic colleagues in the Senate for his “diligence” in making possible a law that also created huge sentencing discrepancies between powder and crack cocaine — a drug more commonly used among Black Americans. The law made it so that someone who was caught trying to sell just 5 grams of crack would be given the same penalty as someone dealing 500 grams of cocaine powder, creating a disparity of 100 to 1. Who was most affected by this law? The Black Community that the Democrats claim to be “friendly” towards.

Senator Joe Biden (D-DE)

In 1994, Biden lead the multi-billion dollar crime bill, signed by Bubba Clinton, that put millions of Black Americans behind bars. This racist policy served to make things worse. In 2018, President Donald John Trump signed into law the “The First Step Act,” which is formally titled, “The Formerly Incarcerated Reenter Society Transformed Safely Transitioning Every Person Act.” It was a bipartisan criminal justice bill passed by the 115th Congress and signed by POTUSDJT in December 2018. The First Step Act, among other changes, reformed federal prisons and sentencing laws in order to reduce recidivism, decrease the federal inmate population and maintain public safety. President Trump’s criminal justice reform law fixed many disparities created by the 1994 crime bill. Joe Biden’s law.

During a recent speech Biden bragged that he was behind the disgraceful 1994 Crime Act, which put millions of Black men into jail and banned “assault weapons.” And during this speech, he lectured Congress to “do something big.” Interestingly, the 1994 Crime Bill did not focus on banning gun, but offered a provision that helped fund background checks for guns. And that’s it!

The Democrats should not be proud of their party’s history and they were the ones responsible for the statues that they now want removed, relocated, hidden or destroyed. As a case in point, Representative Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) father and brother were both the mayor of Baltimore and were responsible for the plethora of statues honoring the Confederacy. She will never acknowledge that. The Democrats funded the KKK and in 1924 the convention that was held in Madison Square Garden was called “The Klanbake,” as they marched on Broadway in their white sheets towards MSG. As a matter of fact, the Democrat’s’ website deleted plenty of their sketchy history.

The 1924 Democratic “Klanbake”…The convention was also notable because hundreds of Knights of the Ku Klux Klan attended as delegates. Franklin Delano Roosevelt(D-NY) delivered the presidential nominating speech for Governor Alfred E. Smith(D-NY) at the Democratic Convention at Madison Square Garden, New York, NY. June 26, 1924.

And let’s not forget that it was Senator Joe Biden(D-DE) who pushed for the reinstatements of the American citizenships of both Confederate President Jefferson Davis and Army of Northern Virginia General Robert Edward Lee. General Lee was going to get his citizenship back upon surrendering at Appomattox Courthouse, Virginia on April 9, 1865, but the paperwork was lost. Apparently Secretary of State William H. Seward had given Lee’s application to a friend as a souvenir, and the State Department had pigeonholed the oath. On July 22, 1975, Lee’s full rights of citizenship were posthumously restored by a joint congressional resolution effective June 13, 1865. On October 17, 1978, Davis had his citizenship restored. Yet in 2022, Biden, after supporting Davis, proceeded to throw him under the bus. But DementiaJoe apparently forgot about 1978 and that Davis was a Democrat before the Civil War. Again the Democrats failing in American History class.

Vince Ellison

As Vince Ellison of PJ Media, who’s parents were Tennessee sharecroppers, in 2020 wrote head-on:”The fact that one-hundred fifty years since the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments were ratified and fifty-six years since the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Blacks are still rioting over racism and still begging the government to eradicate it, which should tell us something: The Democrat Party uses racism to subdue and control black Americans, not eradicate racism to institute justice. Ending racism would end the Democrats’ stranglehold on Black America.” Absolutely!

It doesn’t matter the time frame, but the Democrats have their bases covered when it comes to systemic racism. So, while DementiaJoe’s words are both hurtful and ignorant, his actions take it to a whole new level exceeding the party’s history. It’s not surprising that his policies have hurt Americans of all colors and creeds. This guy is an embarrassment and an unmitigated disaster! And a purveyor of the anti-Black racist Democratic agenda!

Finally, CrookedJoe announced, during a pre-recorded presentation, that he will seek re-election in 2024. Yet he, or his handlers, fail to realize is that the majority of Democrats don’t want him to run in 2024. His ratings are underwater and Harris’ numbers are even worse. And as for his cognitive decline, well…that’s for another day! Just take a look at his presser cheat cards! Interestingly, 51% of Democrats don’t want SlowJoe and the question is whether he can handle the job. Then just think about the 12 full weekends he’s taken off…Biden is an absentee president.

A picture is worth a thousand words…

There doesn’t seem to be an end to the kinds of crises Biden has created. Worst of all, his corrupt administration continually refuses to take responsibility for each one of them on a long list!
